Job Role: Client Success Associate

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Success Associate to join our team. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance and service to our clients through
on-call and email, delivery and deploying our software product at client sites, and user training
sessions. This role requires a willingness to travel for training and implementation purposes.

Candidate will play a pivotal role in driving customer satisfaction and long-term engagement with our
software solutions. Your focus will be on fostering strong relationships, ensuring product adoption,
and maximizing customer success.

Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management

• Provide on-call and email support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related
to our software product.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of client queries and concerns.

Implementation & Deployment

• Oversee the implementation and deployment of our software product at client sites.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient setup process, adhering to client requirements and company
standards.

End User Training

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end users to ensure they are proficient in using
the software product.
• Develop training materials and documentation to support user education.

Client & Client Requirement Interaction

• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs and provide ongoing
support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and
retention.

Travelling

• Travelling to client locations as required for training and functional software implementation
purposes.

• Advocate: Be the voice of the customer internally, working with product teams to align
features and solutions with customer feedback.

Requirements
• Any Graduate or Postgraduate
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of technical software and the ability to quickly learn new tools and
technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Open to travel for client training and implementation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
