Jet Mud Mixer
HL Petroleum,with the full name Xi'an HL Petroleum Equipment Co.,Ltd.,is a high-tech
enterprise specializing in the production of drilling fluid solids control equipment and mud
circulation devices.
The HHQ series Jet Mud Mixer manufactured by HL Petroleum is for oil & gas drilling and
work-over projects. It mixes the drilling fluid materials (bentonite, barite powder) and the
corresponding chemical additives (polymers, etc.), puts them into the mud circulation tank
to prepare or increase the total amount of drilling fluid, change the mud density, viscosity
and water loss.
HL Petroleum jet mud mixing device mainly consists of a centrifugal pump,a jet mixing
hopper and explosion-proof control box, all connected to a skid mounted base by manifold
valve. The mixer meets the requirements of aggravation and preparation of drilling fluids
for the drilling solids control system from 1000m to 7000m drilling projects.

HL Petroleum SB Series centrifugal pumps adopt an axial suction structure, the flow parts
are wear-resistant cast iron,and the whole series adopts mechanical seals. It is suitable
for conveying corrosive drilling fluid with suspended particles, or other liquid media in
similar working conditions. It is the best supporting pump for desander, desilter and mud
mixing hopper, and also an ideal filling pump for mud pump.

HL Petroleum HLD150 jet mixing hopper is widely used to add bentonite, barite powder
and polymer to drilling fluid. It is designed according to the jet principle, basically the same
as the structure and principle of mixing hopper used in well cementing. The jet drilling mud
mixing hopper mainly consists of a nozzle, a mixing chamber, a venturi tube, a hopper and
a butterfly valve.
