Automatic Inner Washing, Filling, Capping Machine
TXG-150B washing, filling, capping machine is the key equipment for drinking
barreled water of 3 gallon and 5 gallon production. It is the ideal equipment for
mineral water, purified water production. This equipment is automatic one with
three functions in it, they are washing, filling and capping. The capping system
is drived by cylinder. There are enough caps for one hour usage in cap bin.
Washing pressure is indicated, inner washing pressure is more than 0.28 MPA,
washing time is longer than 16 seconds, external washing pressure is more
than 0.2 Mpa. The main electricity parts adopt SIEMENS, Mitsubishi products.
Air powered parts adopt AIRTAC products.

Washing Process Description:
Bottle washing station 1:Empty workstation.Drain the water from the barrel to
prepare for the next internal cleaning step.
Bottle washing station 2-3:Sterilization water flushing inside the barrel,
washing pressure ≥0.3Mpa, there is enough strength to spray to the inner
surface every point,especially the barrel bottom barrel shoulder and barrel
mouth area. The bacteria layer and dirt that can be thoroughly washed out are
collected by concentrated water return to prevent the liquid from volatilizing
and stringing water. It can effectively ensure the use time, concentration and
use effect of the syrup.
Bottle washing station 4-5:Rinse with cycle water. Specially designed column
nozzle with pressure ≥0.3Mpa, 360° rinsing in the barrel. Eliminate the
dead angle of the traditional process, so that the cleaning is more thorough.
The thick layer of bacteria and dirt in the barrel can be scraped off with water,
and evenly and with sufficient intensity to be sprayed to every point on the
inner surface, especially the shoulder and the mouth of the barrel, and the
foreign matter and impurities in the barrel are cleaned. The water tank is
equipped with a liquid level device.

After-sales service
1. Technical documents
All the symbols on the equipment should be in English. Seller is responsible to
provide general layout plan, electric plan, installation direction, and manual
book in English to Buyer on time.
2. Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work
a. After all machines are delivered to customer’s factory; Buyer is responsible
for all preparation work, e.g. electricity supply, water supply, labors and cranes,
etc.
b. We will prepare for visa application for their engineers, who are responsible
for guide of machine installation and testing at the Buyer’s factory.
c. The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is
approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa
formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD 100 per day for
each engineer.
d. Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer’s factory.
e. If buyer doesn’t request installation and commissioning by Seller’s engineer,
which to be accounted all the machines has been successfully tested by buyer.
3. Quantity and quality guarantee
a. Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation:
In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation,
customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port
of destination. Insurance company and shipping company will be responsible
for any discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other
transportation organization and/or post office.
b.Long-term service:
We will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond two years and
provide long-term technical guide.
