Job Description
i. To assist and support the Manager and Deputy Manager and seniors in general duties.
ii. Protocol and coordination duties.
iii. Typing documents and taking notes as needed.
iv. Managing and organizing office data and information.
v. To support the project authorities in evaluation frameworks, track progress and prepare
comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders.
vi. Coordinating and welcoming visitors.
vii. Making and answering phone calls.
viii. Taking and delivering messages.
ix. Ensuring smooth office operations.
x. Any other tasks assigned by the competent Authority.
xi. Proficient in MS Office e.g. word, excel, ppt etc.
xii. Able to work under pressure and be a team player.
xiii. Excellent coordination and management skills to handle meetings, events, protocol of VIPs in efficient and
smooth manner.
xiv. Attention to detail.
Educational Qualification
BS (16 years of education in relevant field) OR B.Sc. / B.A. (14 years) with 3 years of experience in the
relevant field.
Experience
3 years relevant experience in case of 14 years of education.
Maximum Age Limit
Upto 35 years.
