A meeting was called by Master Teacher I Mrs. Ma. Sol A. Balga, to all Grade V Teachers . It started
with an opening prayer led by Mrs. Arma A. Olave, followed by checking of attendance.

AGENDA of the meeting are as follows:


1. Documents needed for school year 2024-2025
2. Class Observations
3. Other related Matters

Discussions:

1. Prepare necessary documents this opening of classes such as:


a. Classroom Program/ Teaching Load
b. Daily class record/ Class record
c. Learners Attendance record
d. Anecdotal Record

2. No formal classroom observation for school year 2024-2025 but wait for the Deped
Memorandum about classroom observations

3. Other Related Matters


a. Portfolio preparations
 Start saving important papers documentations for the portfolio
b. Problem with Learners
 Birth certificate should be complete especially learners who are grade six
 Absentism of learners , we should conduct home visitations to learners who are
at risk in dropping up
 Teachers need to encourage the parents to continue to support their children in
their education.
