Subject: Written Test For The Post Of “Lower Division Clerk ( BPS-11 )”

1.With reference to your application for subject post, you are required to appear for
written/initial screening Test on 11-06-2025 Wednesday at Morning - 10:00 AM in
Cantonment Board Office, Karachi Cantonment,259- Sarwar Shaheed Road, Near Arts
Council Saddar Karachi Cantt .
.
2. Please bring the following documents on given date & time:-
i. Roll No Slip.
ii. Original CNIC
iii. Transparent Card Board & Writing material.
3. Following instructions / conditions must be followed while appearing in the written
test/initial screening for the subject post:-
i. Reach examination center at least 30 minutes before the time fixed for start of
examination.
ii. Candidates are provisionally admitted in the Test/Examination. Eligibility of the
candidates in terms of Recruitment Rules and the advertised conditions shall be
determined after the conduct of Screening Test/Examination.
iii. On detailed scrutiny of documents if found ineligible your candidature will be
rejected irrespective of the fact whether you have appeared in the examination/test
or even qualified therein. Therefore, make sure before appearing in the
examination/test that you are eligible in all respects for the post (s) applied for.
iv. No candidate will be admitted to the Examination Hall after start of the paper.
v. No request for change of centre will be entertained.
vi. You should bring your blue/black Pencil to be used in the test.
vii. Mobile phones/likewise Devices, Calculator, books, purses are strictly prohibited in
the examination hall. ML&C Deptt will not be responsible for their security or loss of such
prohibited items.
viii. Bringing in Arms Ammunition, Explosive Material etc., in the Examination Hall is
strictly prohibited.
ix. No TA/DA will be admissible for journey undertaken for the above purpose.
