Supply Chain Management - Data Analytics

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
• Work with analytics teams to wrangle big and small data, perform advanced analytics, develop
insightful visualizations, in a variety of applications within a solution technology stack
• Deliver high quality work and adapt to new challenges, as an individual or as part of a team
• Demonstrate strong ability to use SQL to wrangle, transform, and manage data in various
database environments MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle PL/SQL, MongoDB, etc.
• Demonstrate strong ability to analyze technical/data issues in visualization applications (e.g.
Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, etc.) to communicate and efficiently address business problems
• Display strong knowledge of data wrangling – big and small data – and applying both common
and advanced analytic techniques using Python, R, SPSS, Minitab, Excel, etc.
• Work to support teams in identifying source of issues and collaborate on resolutions

From our centers, we work with Deloitte consultants to analyze, design, develop, and build solutions
to help clients reimagine, reshape and rewire the competitive fabric of their supply chains across
industries. Our centers house a multitude of specialists, ranging from systems designers, architects,
integrators, analytics experts, domain specialists to creative digital experts as well as cyber risk and
human capital professionals. All work together on diverse projects from advisory services, advanced
preconfigured solutions and methodologies, to brand building and campaign management. We are a
unique blend of skills and experiences, yet we underline the value of each individual, providing

Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Process
Management, STEM, Analytics, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 3+ - 6 years’ of experience identifying/troubleshooting issues with visualization, object
failures, database connectivity, or data processing within Tableau
• 3+ years’ experience supporting data analytics with various software packages, including R,
SAS, SPSS Statistics, SPSS Modeler, Minitab, Matlab, etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve complex technical data analytics issues
• Experience programming in Python and or similar scripting languages
• Exposure with ETL environments such as: SSIS, Informatica, Alteryx
• Support data visualization software, including Tableau, QlikView, QlikSense, PowerBI
• Solid skills with MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, Excel and Access
Preferred
• Ability to identify and resolve technical issues
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
• Any experience with big consulting firm and/or industry experience
