PROJECT CONDITION(S):
1. District cooling service provider NOC to be obtained before Completion certificate is applied
2. Submit swimming pool filtration /circulation /drainage layout / details / drawings. before Completion certificate is applied
3. SIRA design approval to be obtained for CCTV system. before Completion certificate is applied
4. Third Party Survey report to be obtained. before Completion certificate is applied
5. NOC from Environmental Department to be obtained for swimming pool. before Completion certificate is applied

GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Dubai Development Authority shall bear no liability arising from the issuance of this permit and both Consultant and/or the Contractor shall bear the full
liability resulting from any errors in design, execution, stability and safety of building in accordance with the applicable Laws and regulations.
2. The Contractor shall build according to the permit approved drawings on site, with full adherence to the Health, Safety & Environment regulations.
3. This permit shall be cancelled if work does not commence within six months from the date of issuance.
4. Building Completion Certificate must be obtained from Dubai Development Authority-Building Department prior to occupying / operating.
5. Copy of Building Permit and approved drawings must be always available at site for Dubai Development Authority inspectors.
6. All the Sub-Contractors must have a valid trade license from Dubai at all time.
7. Comply with the requirement of Hording & signboard as per Circular 331 with controlling site entrance & exit (Hoarding, Offices, Signboards & Storages
must be removed within 7 days of DDA instruction).
8. CCTV system approval to be obtained from SIRA prior to applying for Buidling completion certificate (Excluding villas)
9. Third party buidling survey ( through form no. ZA-DC-F-99) to be obtained prior to applying Building completion certificate ( Excluding villas )
10. Dubai Development Authority- Building department - inspection is required prior to all concrete casting of
foundations, suspended beams & slabs
11. Dubai Development Authority regulations and construction laws must be followed, and Building Department must be notified at all times of the followings:
- For Re-demarcation:
o Completion of the shoring works.
o Before casting the ground floor slab.
o Before casting the boundary wall tie beam.
- For Dewatering: Prior to discharge of water from site.
- The building has been completely or partially executed and ready for occupation
- The work has been suspended (through form No. ZDDC-65) and/or resuming the work after suspension
