3) Referring to the provisions of the Sale of Goods Act, 1930, state the circumstances under
which when goods are delivered to the buyer “on approval” or “on sale or return” or other
similar terms, the property therein passes to the buyer.
M/s PREETl owned a motor car which she handed over to Mr. JOSHl on sale or return basis.
After a week, Mr. JOSHl pledged the motor car to Mr. GAJESH. Ms. PREETl now claims back
the motor car from Mr. GAJESH. Will she succeed” Referring to the provisions of the Sale of
