Dear Salma Lakhani; the private woman sitting in de-facto position devoid of a valid oath:

I am writing to you as a minister of Christ / Jesus Christ / Yahusha [hereinafter, “Jesus Christ”,
"Jesus” or “Christ”], and in honourable courtesy of your being made aware that I, new found in
“the way” of Jesus Christ, write you officially performing my function of my calling, John 15:16
KJVB 1611, as per Christ’s directions at Matthew 5:25, 18:15-20 KJVB 1611. This is about, and in
regard to, the above referenced land that currently is being held unlawfully within the demesne
of His Majesty the King in right of Alberta, that is also referred to as registered “Crown Land”
since it is registered and the supreme title is not actually held by the listed registered owner but
the crown. The unlawfully formed subdivision, within the legal fiction Strathcona County Alberta,
wherein the property is located, was all developed under a falsified oath to which Strathcona
County has recently agreed with in the following case; halting the tax sale of Christopher
Buzinsky’s land of which de-facto mayor, Rod Frank, will attest to. Rod was served with proper
notice with regard to the evident fraud and falsified oath that the RCMP have had brought to their
attention and upon exam of the man acting as, RCMP Cst. Eric Jones-Gatineau, was confirmed as
a valid complaint and sent a synopsis to INTERPOL. This is a very serious matter, and I am an
Ezekiel 33 watchman fulfilling my duty to ensure that you’re aware that this is not some idle
theory and that such a generational fraud cannot continue to stand against truth, honor and the
equity of the duty of a private woman in your position, as de-facto fiduciary for the de-facto
Provincial Alberta franchise, to offer remedy.

I’m asking you as a honourable private woman to agree with me to these following offers of facts
and declarations, and if you have any dispute I invite your communication as private woman or
man so bound by your oath. I do this in the following of Matthew 5:25; 18:15-20 KJVB 1611.

To be clear, this is notice that I waive my right to be represented as a person (Deuteronomy 1:17,
10:17, 2nd Samuel 14:14, Matthew 22:16, Acts 10:34, Romans 2:11, James 2:9, 1 st, Peter 1:17
KJVB 1611) as I emancipated myself as a feudal serf of His Majesty King Charles III upon my
acceptance of the offer of Christ as written in John 15:16 KJVB 1611. As of this knowledge I now
consider His Majesty King Charles III my equal as a man under Christ and my brother. I present
this demand dutifully as Christ’s de-jure and ordained minister in the self-determined
(resurrected) nature of all that I AM, known and unknown, physical, emotional, mental and
spiritual. I as of my faith in Christ am not and cannot submit to any falsified oath legal fiction
(ens legis) person of law to be a feudal serf, slave, citizen, or subject of the de-facto, illegitimate
legal fiction, Crown, His Majesty the King in Right of Alberta, His Majesty the King in Right of
Canada, His Majesty King Charles III, any other persona of a corporation, corporation sole or
individual without a valid oath within this physical realm. I owe no service other than my
obligation to my master noted in Corinthians 7:20-24 KJVB 1611, as a free man and I hold no
tenures or titles, nor do I receive any legitimate benefits or privileges from any of the legal fiction
entities or individuals mentioned in this paragraph in this letter.

Instead, Salma, I stand as a dutiful witness to the war between what is natural, created by
Creator / God / Yahuah [hereinafter, “Creator”, “God” or “Father”] and artificial, created by
wicked Man in service to Satan. I AM a stranger and a sojourner during my time here on his earth
bound creation as I work hard to serve Creator under the guidance and authority of Jesus Christ. I
also work hard to follow “the way” under his guidance and live my life peacefully following the
golden rule with the level of consciousness that Jesus Christ demonstrated during his time here.

I am new found in becoming a seasoned and experienced steward of the land and I’m organically
familiar with this area and especially its spirit, flora, fauna, environmental conditions and
sensitivities. I have fellow tribal brothers and sisters in the area to assist me and to whom I have
the watchman’s duty to assist as well. I have performed many visual improvement and signs of
stewardship of this land, had ceremonies and exercised my ancient customs and traditions in the
area. I have answered the call to embrace the duty and responsibility of independence along with
accepting the grant of stewardship given to us all by Creator at Genesis 1:26 KJVB 1611, as to
why we are all called to “the way”, though few will answer that call. I stand within the spiritual
jurisdiction of Creator’s kingdom, which resides within me, and with this letter I express and give
notice of my intent to continue to steward the land you may also refer to as privately registered
“Crown Land” with peaceful support of Creator, Mother earth and my tribe.

To the best of my knowledge, nobody has established a legitimate claim, standing under a valid
oath here, or has legitimately stewarded that land full time as it has been all subjected to fraud
since 1901 and the death of Queen Victoria as of her repeal of the BNAA section inheritance
clause in 1893. This left Canada with no heir apparent and then again in 1953 with regards to
the revelation that the Monarch also swore a falsified oath as per falsified oath (The Coronation

herein. As such, it is my spiritual right and duty to connect with that land with the intent that I

may reclaim that land and compensate the present feudal tenant (registered owner) listed in the
de-facto land title registries.

I acknowledge the land’s sovereignty under my Creator and establish a relationship with Mother
Earth and the people in the true spirit of the Two Row Wampum Treaty and others in accordance
with the duty granted to me by Creator. I wish to have you aware that it is within the same said
principles of the Pheasant Rump court case (https://gladue.usask.ca/node/2339) that I claim
standing upon this land. I do so with the proper intent, duty, knowledge and wisdom, in
redressing this fraud. Our father and Creator will provide for my physical, emotional, mental and
spiritual needs as I return to my nature and the land in peace and freedom, working hard to
replenish the Earth for as long as my vessel breaths air, pumps blood through my veins and lives
upon the land.

However, I do not want to cause a dispute or engage in an act of war with you or anybody else as
a belligerent. As such, I acknowledge and will respect any claims already made and documented
by you or your predecessors upon proof of the valid oath bound legitimacy of such claim. I accept
any and all legitimate claims over the land and will not take any action to claim stewardship over
the land, on the condition that you can prove your claim by providing facts to prove all of the
following:

Section 2 – Facts to be proven

1. Fraud does not vitiate all contracts. (Statute of Frauds, 1677)

2. That you, your predecessors, superiors, being the Crown, acting as de-facto
illegitimate legal fictions [ hereinafter, “the Crown”], His Majesty the King in right of
Alberta, His Majesty the King in right of Canada or any other de-facto legal fiction entity,
agent, employee, contractor or other hidden individuals or organizations, bringing
dishonour and disrepute to the integrity of the Crown, are unable to accept my right of
self-determination (resurrection “Come out of her my people” Revelation 18:4 KJVB 1611)
noted in article 1 of the ICCPR and the ICESCR from any and all dead legal fiction frauds
ending my consent to be governed.

3. That you, your predecessors, superiors, being the Crown, His Majesty the King in right of
Alberta, His Majesty the King in right of Canada or any other de-facto legal fiction entity,
agent, employee or contractor are peaceful and are in fact being peaceful, working
towards equitable tranquility rather than a de-facto order and control. Staufen v. British

4. That you, your predecessors, superiors, acting as de-facto legal fictions, being the Crown,
His Majesty the King in right of Alberta, His Majesty the King in right of Canada or any
other de-facto legal fiction entity, agent, employee or contractor have not committed
crimes against humanity against identifiable groups such as the indigenous peoples of this
land, committed cultural or even physical genocide through war, disease, starvation,
kidnapped children forcing them into residential schools, performed experiments on
children, beat, raped, sodomized or even murdered children and placed them into
unmarked graves at the residential schools.

principles of peace, love, patience, compassion, empathy, prosperity and joy taught by
Lord Jesus Christ (Yahshua) in the 1611 KJVB, and that any claim made by kings and
queens on this planet are illegitimate unless they first abdicate their claims and dedicate
their lives to following “the way” .

6. That you, your predecessors, superiors, acting as de-facto legal fictions, being the Crown,
His Majesty the King in right of Alberta, His Majesty the King in right of Canada or any
other de-facto legal fiction entity, agent, employee or contractor acknowledge that this
world is a contested world between good and evil, where the natural world is being
attacked and replaced by Satan’s artificial world (legal fictions) and that you all are
benevolent leaders working on the side of the creator rather than soldiers of the false god
in the artificial realm.

7. That the Hudson Bay Company (HBC) charter (1670) was not used to violate the Royal
Proclamation of 1763 or violate the Robinson – Huron Treaty (1850) by holding onto that
land after the treaty was signed and later selling the land to the Government of Canada in
1870 for $1.5 million dollars despite the valid historically recorded and recognized treaty.

8. That William Benjamin Robinson, Member of the Legislative Assembly of Upper Canada
(1844-1854) had the authority to negotiate the Robinson – Huron Treaty (1850) with land
claimed and held by HBC and protected for the nehewin (cree), abitibiwinni aki and moose
cree by the Royal Proclamation of 1763.

9. That William Benjamin Robinson, Member of the Legislative Assembly of Upper Canada
(1844-1854), acted in honour, integrity, and did not engage in fraud, misinterpretation,
manipulation / error or any other act, error, failure of fiduciary duty or omission to perform
that fiduciary duty when negotiating and signing the Robinson - Huron Treaty (1850) as a
trustee.

10.That William Benjamin Robinson, Member of the Legislative Assembly of Upper Canada
(1844-1854), did not receive funds or bonuses in order to get the treaties signed and as
such acted in honour when engaged in negotiations with the nehewin (cree), abitibiwinni
aki and moose cree, on behalf of the Crown, and that he performed his duties in a neutral
and impartial manner, unmarred by prejudice, bias, discrimination, contempt, genocide,
personal gain or in duty to observe his oath bound obligations as a fiduciary.

11.That William Benjamin Robinson, Member of the Legislative Assembly of Upper Canada
(1844-1854), did not profit or engage in a conflict of interest while still a member of the
Legislative Assembly of Upper Canada, by becoming a commissioner of the private
corporation “Canada Company”, which was chartered in 1826, to colonize large parts of
Upper Canada.

12.That the Crown, His Majesty the King in right of Canada and His Majesty the King in right of
Alberta, has upheld the terms and conditions of the treaties, written and oral, in peace,
honour and integrity and that they did not engage in violence, genocide or other activities
to force, intimidate, assimilate, colonize or coerce the indigenous people by use of
disease, residential schools, reserves, internment camps, foster homes, social services,
bans on ceremony, poverty, manipulation of funding, discrimination or bans on language,
customs and / or traditions.

 13.That the Crown, His Majesty the King in right of Canada and His Majesty the King in right of
Alberta, have not acted on or benefited from Papal Bulls, collectively referred to as the
Doctrine of Discovery, which dehumanized non-believers, relegating them to the status of
animals, savages and non-humans; a highly discriminatory, repugnant, abusive and
wicked treatment of beautiful people world wide.

14.That Queen Victoria’s Bargain of 1835 was implemented and honoured, used to set firm
boundaries with the relationships here with the indigenous peoples of Turtle Island and
that your sovereign is in the legitimate blood line of the prince introduced in that letter.

15.That the land patent for this land stands as supreme title to the land because it attests
that all evidence of title existent before its issue date was reviewed by the sovereign
authority under which it was sealed and was so sealed as irrefutable; thus, at law the land
patent itself so became the title to the land defined within its four corners.

16.That the land patents issued, specifically the one that covers the land referenced above in
the regarding line of this letter, stands cured, honourable and in good standing as a result
of the Robinson – Huron Treat (1850) and the Crown’s honourable and peaceful actions
since the Royal Proclamation of 1763, Paris Peace Treaty of 1763, Two Row Wampum belt
and other treaties signed over the past 500 years.

17.That the land, trees, animals, water, minerals, air and people have not been turned into a
commodity, forcing people off the land in order to pay for the feudal service and privilege
to possess or lease land despite what is, by right, a free grant by Creator.

18.That land prices are not manipulated by the Crown or His Majesty the King in right of
Alberta as 70% of the land is held as Crown Land, not accessible or free for people to live
upon as 100% of the land is under a claim of ownership under the demesne of the Crown
or His Majesty the King in right of Alberta or His Majesty the King in right of Canada. This
percentage is even higher at 89% throughout the whole of what is commonly known as
Canada.

19.That the Crown, His Majesty the King in right of Alberta or His Majesty the King in right of
Canada, did not engage in actions to entice people into dependency, debt slavery or
feudal slavery resulting in them being vulnerable and justifying the need for protection,
but rather took actions to encourage independence, prosperity, peace and freedom in the
best interests of the people, honouring their spirit, customs and ancient traditions while
following “the way” .

20.That the Crown, His Majesty the King in right of Alberta or His Majesty the King in right of
Canada, did not engage in medical experiments, treatments or other actions without the
knowledge and consent of the people as a whole or individuals specifically.

21.That the blood line of His Majesty the King has not been engaged in disreputable actions
involving the Vatican and the Rothschild family, aka Roman Curia, banking cartels and
other hidden individuals or organizations, bringing dishonour and disrepute to the integrity
of the peoples trust, His Majesty the King in right of Alberta and His Majesty the King in
right of Canada.

22.That the Crown, His Majesty the King in right of Alberta and His Majesty the King in right of
Canada are not de-facto, but instead de-jure entities with a legitimate claim, cured with

26.The County of Strathcona / Sherwood Park are not de-facto, but instead de-jure entities
with a legitimate claim, cured with integrity, honesty, peace, benevolence, freedom and

27.The uppercase “P” (vs. lowercase “p”) Province of Alberta as undefined in Canada’s
Interpretation Act, section 35 and the Canada Land Surveys Act, section 24, is applicable
to all acts of Parliament inclusive of also the criminal code of Canada which means to
imply that the Province of Alberta is actually part of Canada. Please prove that.

28.That men and women behind the Crown, His Majesty the King in right of Alberta or His
Majesty and the Alberta Investment Management Corporation, the King in right of Canada
have maintained their integrity and have not participated in debt slavery by using flesh
based currency sourced from annuity accounts as a means of exchange within the
demesne, manors, corporation sole, Province and/or country.

29.That the Crown or His Majesty the King in right of Alberta’s claim of title over the land has
not placed me or others into involuntary slavery by removing us from the land, claiming
ownership over the land and forcing people into feudal serfdom and debt slavery in order
to force people to pay for the privilege to live upon the land, which violates the UN Charter
of human rights as all forms of slavery are illegal.

30.That the land is currently being used by the owner, registered owner, or owner with
supreme title, to provide food, clothing, shelter and other needs required to secure the
flesh and blood body of His Majesty King Charles III, the woman acting as the Lieutenant
Governor of Alberta, the woman acting as the Premier of Alberta or any other man or
woman.

31.That nobody such as men and women actin as corporate bankers under a false oathed
regime are engaged in commerce with the land, violating “the way” and the spirit of the
land, profiting from the land while using it to justify their dependency by making false
claims that they need to engage in commerce in order to survive, whether that be through
leases or other commercial or corporate means.

in accordance with the oath that His Majesty King Charles III swore during his coronation in
2023 to uphold the faith outlined in holy scripture, specifically: thou shalt not covet, thou
shalt not steal, love they neighbour as thyself, love God with all your heart, mind and soul.

34.That all men and women acting as employees, agents, officers, administrators,
contractors, elected officials or anybody associated with the Crown, His Majesty the King in
right of Alberta or His Majesty the King in right of Canada are acting within the authority
and jurisdiction are granted to them by the grace of God.

35.That the organization name on your business card and correspondence is the same as the
registered corporate name and, if not the same, that you have the authority to engage in
fraud using an invalid Oath of Allegiance.

36.That you are employed by or acting as an agent for the Crown with a valid oath as His
Majesty the King in right of Alberta or His Majesty the King in right of Canada’s fiduciary in
accordance with the 1985 Oath of Allegiance Act.

37.That your oath of allegiance to a Christian Monarch has standing in law, is valid, and
recognizes the duty inherent therein. (legitimacy of office, legitimacy of authority,
legitimacy of law, legitimacy of duty) 180 CCC.

38.That all men and women required to be swearing oaths of allegiance; federally,
provincially, and municipally are valid and are exactly according to the 1985 Oath of
Allegiance Act. (

39.That you always provide full, unredacted disclosure in regards to land, how you achieved
authority over it, how it is managed, the true nature of the relationship with the de-facto
legal fiction called the Crown, His Majesty the King in right of Alberta and His Majesty the
King in right of Canada in order for people to make fully informed choices with the right of
self-determination, without physical, emotional, mental or spiritual manipulation,
opposition, obstruction, nuisance, false oath or deceit. Leviticus 6:2-5

40.That all employees, officers, agents, lease holders, contractors, officials, friends or family
of the Crown, His Majesty the King in right of Alberta and His Majesty the King in right of
Canada do not profit from the commodification and securitization of people, land, plants,
animals, water, air, minerals or mines, in violation of “the way” , Spiritual Law, Treaty,
common decency, respect, honour and prosperity for all life on Mother Earth.

41.That you as a woman or the employees, officers or agents of the Crown, His Majesty the
King in right of Alberta and His Majesty the King in right of Canada are not subject to the
Criminal Code of Canada, the ICCPR and ICESCR, UN Charter, Vienna Convention, Geneva
Convention, Spiritual Law and especially “the way”.

45.That when an individual declares peace, accepts Creator’s original grant, follows “the way”
, accepts responsibility of stewardship of the land and returns to the land with their
ancient customs, traditions and authority of that Genesis 1:26 grant in tact, the themen
and women acting as the Crown, His Majesty the King in right of Alberta bearing a false
Oath or His Majesty the King in right of Canada have the right or duty to interfere, engage
in violence, fraud, acts of war or other actions to prevent the individual from fulfilling that
duty to the Creator and the land.

46.That the Crown, His Majesty the King in right of Alberta and His Majesty the King in right of
Canada are not obliged to defend and preserve ALL the members of their society. That
they have no duty to succor those members from imminent danger or fraud. That those
who have been abandoned are not free to provide for their own safety and preservation in
whatever manner they find most convenient.

47.That Mother Earth is not sentient and sovereign in her own right, that all life doesn’t
