This is to certify that Sheetal Kapoor has been offered a job at
CONSTRUCTAZA LTD. in a full-time capacity (35 hours per week) as an Office
Administrator.
Salary:
The Employee is offered this position with an hourly wage of $30.00. The benefits
include paid statutory holidays, overtime at 1.5 x hourly wage after 44 hours per
week, 4% gross salary.
The duties as an Office Administrator consists of:
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are
met
Carry out administrative activities of establishment,
Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation,
equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and
security services
Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and
budgetary controls
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and
correspondence
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.

It is a Permanent Job offered to the Employee with the following job
description, work schedule, wages and benefits
Job Description
The Employee agrees to carry out following tasks:
Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
Carry out administrative activities of establishment,
Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment,
supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services
Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Work Schedule
The Employee shall work 35 hours per week. She shall receive 50%
more than the regular wages for any hours worked over 44 hours per
week. The workday will vary depending on the start of the job.
The Employee shall be entitled to 30 minutes per day of break time
(coffee breaks etc.) which will be paid and 30 minutes per day for
lunch which will be unpaid.
The employee shall be entitled to 2 day(s) off per week and this will
vary depending on the job schedule.
The employee shall be entitled to 15 days paid holidays.
The employee shall be entitled to 0 days of sick leave per year.
Wages and Deductions
The employer agrees to pay the employee for his work, wages of
$30.00/hour CAD
The employer agrees to pay all taxes and submit all deductions
payable as prescribed by law (including but not limited to
employment insurance, income tax, Canada Pension Plan )
The employer shall not recoup from the employee, through payroll
deductions or any other means, any costs incurred in recruiting or
retaining the Employee. These include, but not limited to, any
amounts payable to a third-party recruiter.
Hospital & Medical Care Insurance
The employer agrees to provide health insurance at no cost to the foreign
worker until such time as the worker is eligible for applicable Provincial
Health Insurance.
Notice of Resignation
Should he wish to terminate this present contract, the Employee agrees to
give the Employer written notice thereof at least one week in advance.
Notice of Termination of Employment
The employer must give written notice to the employee at least one week in
advance for the termination of employment.
Contract Subject to Provincial Labour and employment Legislation and
applicable Collective Agreements
The Employer is obliged to abide by standards set out in the relevant
provincial labour standards act and id applicable, the terms of any collective
agreement in place. In particular, the employer must abide by the standards
with respect to how wages are paid, how overtime is calculated, meal
periods, statutory holidays, annual leave, family leave, benefits and recourse
under the terms of the Act and if relevant, collective agreement. Any terms
of this contract of employment less favourable to the Employee than the
standards stipulated in the relevant labour standards act is null and void.
