҇. INTRODUCE
1.TRANSMISSION UNIT
The sliter machine used the A.C. current motor of Siemens
and the vector inverter of YASKAWA. It makes the machine to be
running stable and smart speed. The machine is used the SKTC
tension controller (TL-60SKT) in unwind unit. makes the
machine to have stable tension when running.
Explain each unit:

2. CONTROL UNIT
The control system is used the FATEK PLC, and the
DELTA 10” color touch screen for operation and setup parameter.

3. OPERATIONʳ

1. Please depend the membrane on the flow path, and adjust the
pressure of rolls and dancers.
2. Close the oven cover, and start the heater of oven, Wait the
thermometer to setup.
3. After setup the tension of unwind and rewind unit. Check the
membrane in unwinder and the new pipe in rewinder. Open the
power of rewind motor and the EPC of unwind unit.
4. When you start the machine, you must setup the parameter
(ex. Length, Tension). After press START, the bell will make a
sound. If press STOP button, the bell will be ring to machine
stop. The machine is into stop mode.
5. When you press EMG, the machine will be stop as soon.

ҋ. MANITENANCE
1. UNIT CONTROL BOX – To keep up clear. And check the contact , no-fuse
break and relay are working right. The terminal in
inverter or other unit are fixed.
2. Exterior unit check – Each motor , heater and fan contactor are fixed.
