UltraTech Tilefixo STYLE Epoxy Grout is a
three-component Epoxy Tile Grout, which is
stain-free, crack-free, chemical-resistant and
waterproof. UltraTech Tilefixo STYLE Epoxy Grout
is ideal for filling tile/stone joints in floor & walls of
Ceramic tile, Vitrified tile, Glass mosaic tiles, Metal
tiles, Granite/Marble, Agglomerates (Engineered
Stones), Precast Terrazzo tiles in residential,
commercial and institutional structures in internal &
covered external areas.
Areas of Application
Recommended for residential, commercial & institutional structures like kitchens, cafeterias, rest rooms, wet areas like swimming pools,
sauna, water bodies, etc.

Method of Application
Surface Preparation
• Start epoxy grouting only after 24 hours of tile/stone fixing.
• Remove debris in joints and lightly sponge the tile surface to remove dust and dirt & then start
using UltraTech Tilefixo STYLE Epoxy Grout.
• Ensure tile joints are dry, clean, free of dust & tile adhesive.
• Acid cleaning of tiles is not recommended, wash the tile area properly with water in case acid
cleaning is done on tiles then start tile grouting.
• Joints should be completely filled to the depth, there should be no voids.
Mixing
• Mix the contents of UltraTech Tilefixo STYLE Epoxy Grout Part “A” (Resin) and Part “B” (Hardner)
in a clean container as per recommended ratio.
• Use trowel or a slow speed drill mixer to mix Part A & Part B, kindly ensure the mix is completely blended.
• Add Part “C” (Filler) Powder and mix thoroughly for 3-4 minutes to ensure homogenous consistency,
free of lumps and uniform colour to achieve a stiff mix to work into the joints.
• Mix only the required quantity which can be consumed within the pot life period of 45 mins.
Application
• Wear gloves during mixing & application.
• After mix is ready start filling tile joints. Mix should be used within pot life of 45 mins.
Ensure that the grout is not in contact with water during application.
• Fill the joints with hard rubber squeeze/ grout floater, press the grout firmly into the joints ensuring
there are no air voids.
• Remove excess material before initial cleaning with grout float. Do not leave excess grout on
the face of tiles.

Initial Cleaning
• Clean the excess grout from tile joints & tiles after 20 minutes of application. Cleaning should be done
before the product hardens.
• Use a rough textured sponge dampened with water to remove the grout residue.
• Use the damp sponge in a circular motion and keep it relative to the tile surface to achieve the flush
joint & taking care not to drag grout from the joints.
• Clean off any light residue of tile grout left on the tile surface using an alkaline detergent/ tile cleaner
without disturbing the joint finish.
• Tools and containers should be cleaned using clean water when the grout is still fresh.
Final Cleaning
• Final Cleaning: within 24 hours do a second cleaning with normal soap detergent to remove
any haze from the tile.

Shelf life Packaging
UltraTech Epoxy Tile Grout to be used before 12 months from 1 kg, 5 kg
