Publication Details
ICGLSII 2025 welcomes submission of original, unpublished research papers from researchers, academicians,
industry professionals, and students for presentation at the conference. Preliminary notes of the Scientific
Committee: A Scientific Committee is constituted to screen the full paper submissions.
A maximum of two submissions is allowed per individual. However, an individual can be a co-author in more than
2 papers.
Abstract Submission Guidelines: Abstracts must be structured and concise, containing 750-800 words. The
structure should cover research objectives, research gap, methodology, and major findings. No citations or
references are allowed in the abstract. Formatting should adhere to A4 size, Times New Roman font size 12, and
1.5 line spacing. The abstract shall also contain the title of the paper, the full name of the author/s, designation
with the institute/university/organization name, and email address.
Research Paper Submission Guidelines: The word count for the paper should be between 6,000 to 8000 words,
including figures, tables, and references (including fig, tables, references). The paper should follow the suggested
structure: Abstract in 150-200 words, Key words (5-6), Introduction, Review of Literature, Research Gap
Identification, Methodology, Findings, Implications, Limitations, and Further Scope of Research. Formatting
requirements include A4 size, Times New Roman font size 12, and 1.5 line spacing. References should be cited
using APA (7th edition) style.
The manuscript must be the original work of the author and free from plagiarism. All submissions will be subject
to a plagiarism check. Manuscripts with AI content in any form will be summarily rejected. The manuscript
submitted to the conference must not have been previously published or currently under review at any other
journal/conference/book. In case of any copyright violations, the organizers will not be responsible, and it is the
sole responsibility of the author/authors for any kind of IP infringement.
Submitted papers will undergo a peer review process and will be evaluated based on originality, technical depth,
research novelty, correctness, and readability. After the peer review process is completed, selected accepted
papers will be sent for publication in SCOPUS-indexed journals/Book Series/books. Based on the Book/ Book
series/ journal’s acceptance, the author/s will have to change the manuscript’s citation style. Separate APC will be
payable by authors on acceptance of papers for publication, if any.
