scholarship funds, which are necessary to cover the cost of my examination
permit. Due to this situation, I am unable to make the payment at this
moment.

I respectfully request that the school allow me to obtain the examination


permit under the condition that I will remit the full payment as soon as the
scholarship funds are received. I assure you that I am committed to fulfilling
