• Chicken breast: 1.2–1.5 kg
• Canned tuna: 5–6 cans
• Salmon: 800g–1 kg
• Eggs: 3–4 for variety

• Apples: 7–10
• Papaya: 1 large or 2 medium
Vegetables
• Carrots: 6–8
• Squash: 5–6
• Potatoes: 4–5 small
Grains/Bread
• Corn toast: 10–14 pieces
• French toast bread: 1 loaf (choose whole grain if possible)
Dairy
• Low-fat milk: 2–3 liters
Fats/Nuts
• Pecan nuts: 150–200g
• Honey: 1 small jar (use very sparingly)
