During the swimming activity, our teacher demonstrated and explained the
fundamentals of bubbling, a technique essential for breathing control in the
water. Students practiced floating on their backs and stomachs, focusing on
relaxation and buoyancy. Basic swimming strokes such as freestyle and
breaststroke were introduced, with emphasis on proper arm movements and
kicking techniques. Safety drills, including treading water and reaching for
assistance, were also conducted to enhance students' water safety skills.
The collaborative nature of the activity allowed students from different
courses to interact and support each other in learning new skills. Despite
varying levels of swimming experience, all participants showed enthusiasm
