1. Job position: Roustabout
Job Overview:
The Roustabout is responsible for assembling flow lines for wellheads, verifying the proper installation
of valves and chokes, and maintaining inventory of casing, drill pipe, and drilling materials.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Assist tool pusher in measuring and serial numbering the drill pipe, casing, and tubing,
checking drill pipe thread and bore, and drifting.
• Responsible for checking all casing, tubing & accessories on the site, removing the thread
protection, cleaning thread, and drifting casing.
• In charge of managing and using the site tool sled, spare partsled, and cat-walk toolbox.
• In charge of getting & keeping the substructure pins, derrick pins and lock pins together.
• Managing & using all pipe thread protection, and lifting slings which incommon use.
• In charge of the lighting in the rig location, keeping the working area clean, manage all solid
wastes in the rig location.
• Follow and maintain safety protocols, wear PPE, and actively participate in safety drills for a
secure and safe work environment.
• Cooperate with the rig crew to complete other work assigned by the management of the Rig.
Qualification & Experience:
• High school or Diploma level of education (preferably mechanical background).
• At least 1 year of experience with basic knowledge of oil and gas industry.
Skills and Competencies:
• Should be Strong and energetic to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy
objects, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods.
• Proficient in using hand and power tools, operating machinery effectively and safely.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills for effective work in a diverse, challenging, and fast-
paced environment.
• Identify and resolve basic mechanical and operational issues for smooth running of operations.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure compliance with safety protocols, equipment maintenance,
and inventory management.
• Flexible to work in varying weather conditions, remote locations, and shifting schedules.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and
follow instructions.

2. Job position: HSE Assistant
Job Overview:
The HSE Assistant is responsible for Collecting, identifying, and implementing local HSE laws,
regulations, standards and other requirements, as well as following and implementing HSE management
system.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Develop and revise project HSE program, coordinate and supervise the implementation of HSE
program in all departments and rig crews.
• Organize the HSE audit and management review, and be responsible for supervision and
inspection of corrective and preventive measures, and verification of the effect.
Responsible for statistics, compilation and delivery of HSE Performance.
• Responsible for the collection and communication of party A's safety warnings, and compile and
issue safety warnings (in English and Chinese) according to the information of accidents and near-
misses submitted by the drilling team.
• Responsible for the related work of environmental protection in QHSE system.
• Assist the Human Resources Section in handling medical reports and managing information on
injured persons.
• Responsible for assisting the rig crew in receiving party A's various safety inspections and
rectification of inspection problems.
• Responsible for the collection, summary, analysis and filing of accidents and attempted incidents
of the company. Assist the well team to investigate the accident, find out the root cause of the
accident, formulate feasible preventive measures, and supervise their implementation.
• Responsible for on-site inspection and supervision, timely discover hidden dangers and violation of
regulations and other phenomena and timely deal with them. It shall have the right to stop
construction operations if there are major hidden dangers.
• Responsible for coordinating with the human resources department to prepare training materials
according to the needs of site safety production.
• Responsible for organizing service project negotiations with third-party service providers and
drafting service agreements.
• Responsible for selecting suitable service providers for on-site service according to the written
application of the rig.
• Responsible for the collection, distribution and tracking of relevant documents after service.
• Responsible for contacting and organizing third-party services, and coordinating and solving
problems in the service process.
• Complete the other works assigned by management.
Qualification & Experience:
• Bachelor's or Diploma level of education (preferably Safety Management).
• Should possess a valid professional Safety certificate.
• At least 1year experience in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies:
• Familiar with the basic work skills on sites and other work process.
• Organization and management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and
follow instructions.

3. Job position: Casing Running Assistant
Job Overview:
Operate different casing running tools and machinery, such as power tongs, elevators, control panels,
power slips, and hydraulic power units.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Build, operate, and dismantle drilling rig equipment.
• Be accountable for the safe operation of all equipment.
• Uphold a secure working environment.
• Report any operational issues which may occur before, during, or after a job to the lead or
supervisor.
• Report equipment issues.
• Make suggestions on how to do the job safely, and report any unsafe acts, close calls, or
accidents.
• Maintain cordial and open lines of communication with staff at the site.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the lead or supervisor.
Qualification & Experience:
• High School or equivalent level of education
• At least 1year of experience in the oil and gas industry, preferably in a similar role or with
mechanical, electronic, and hydraulic applications.
Skills and Competencies:
• Good work attitude, positive attitude, able to maintain good relationships with staff and other third-
party operators.
• Ability to use tabular tools and machinery like casing running tools, elevators, power tongs,
control panels, power slides, and hydraulic power units.
• Able to set up, operate, and take down various drilling rig parts.
• Able to work safely around moving machinery
• Ability to move or lift heavy loads
• Experience working with mechanical or power equipment.
