Cr.C iv
This was the design we originally chose for our robot. However, we never
actually tried to build it. When we received the LEGO kit provided by the
school, we quickly realized that it didn’t include some of the parts we
needed for the original design. Because of this, we decided not to move
forward with it.
Instead, we chose to build a robot using one of the designs from the EV3
Classroom. This option was more realistic for us because it used only the
parts that came with our kit, and the instructions were easier to follow.
Even though the robot we built doesn’t look like the first design, it still
works well and includes important features, like sensors.
In the end, we made the best choice based on the parts we had and the
tools available to us. Our robot may not look the same as the first idea,
but it still functions properly and was built using a design that fit our
situation

Our design was pretty simple to make and I feel like we could have

Impact on the Environment:

The robot was designed using LEGO components, which are reusable and
durable. By choosing reusable materials instead of single-use plastics, the
environmental impact was minimized. Additionally, since the
programming was done digitally, there was no paper wastage during
development. Overall, the project promoted sustainability by focusing on
reusable, low-waste materials and encouraging energy efficiency.

Impact on Target Audience

The target audience for the robot included young students, beginners in
robotics, and teachers looking for educational tools. The robot's ability to
detect obstacles and adjust its path made it engaging for learners. It
helped demonstrate important concepts like environmental sensing,
logical programming, and problem-solving. By being simple to build yet
smart in function, it encouraged more students to take an interest in STEM
(Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) fields.

Impact on Myself
This project had a significant impact on my personal growth. I improved
my skills in programming and learned how to design robots that can
respond to real-world challenges. Building and coding the robot taught me
patience, attention to detail, and creative thinking. I also became more
aware of how important it is to make technology environmentally friendly.
Overall, the experience increased my confidence in robotics and
strengthened my interest in sustainable innovation.
