APPLICATION U/S 497 BNSS FOR RELEASE OF SEIZED ITEMS

RESPECTFULLY SHOWETH:

1. That applicant is registered owner of vehicle bearing registration number


UK 17T 8473 Model Honda Activa DLX.

2. That applicant is uncle of accused Sameer and at the time of arrest,


accused Sameer was getting the aforesaid vehicle serviced. Aforesaid
vehicle has nothing to do with this case and no offence was committed by
accused on this vehicle.

3. That aforesaid vehicle is held in custody at Gangnahar police station in


above mentioned case.

4. That during the pendency of the trial, vehicle will not be usable to its
owner / applicant which will cause irreparable damage to him.

5. That applicant is ready to give undertaking that he will produce this


vehicle if and when directed by this Hon’ble court or any other court.

It is, therefore, prayed that this court may kindly order release of aforesaid
vehicle in favour of applicant.
