IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Cambridge Lower Secondary Progression Tests (Stage 8) will be administered from Monday 16th June 2025 to Friday 20th June 2025 (shaded green timetable).
2. After each exam day, revisions for the next day exams and Coursework Grading (shaded blue on timetable) will be done.
3. EXAM PREPARATIONS begins from 8:00am - 8:45am. ALL LEARNERS are expected at school by 7:55am. Late comers may NOT be allowed to sit for the exam.
4. Official exam times are: 9:00–10:00 (1st exam), 11:00–12:00 (2nd exam) and 13:15–14:15 (3rd exam) for each exam day. Specific times varies per paper (pg 2
- Question Paper Structure).
5. Parents must help Learners to check the timetable and be familiar with the papers written on each exam day.
6. ONLINE CANDIDATES: There are no online exams for Cambridge Lower Secondary Progression Tests.
7. Refer to page 2 for structure of each paper and page 3 for exam rules and regulations.
8. COURSEWORK DUE DATES: Digital Literacy & Computing, Global perspectives, Foreign Language Portuguese, Foreign Language French, English
Literature and Art & Design courseworks should be submitted by subject teachers to Exams Department by Friday 13 th June 2025.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ON EXAM MATERIALS
1 Calculators
• Calculators are required (compulsory) for Science Paper 1, Science Paper 2 and Mathematics Paper 2.
• Calculators are NOT allowed only for Mathematics Paper 1.
• For papers that require calculators, candidates should bring their own calculators (bought from the school with other
stationery at the beginning of the school year).
2 Protractors and compasses
• Candidates should bring their own protractors and compasses from their mathematical sets.
• The school will NOT provide these materials during the Mathematics/Science exams.
3 Tracing paper
• Candidates should NOT provide tracing papers.
• The school will provide the material during the Mathematics exams

EXAMINATIONS RULES AND REGULATIONS
Notice to Candidates
Warning: know the rules before you take your examinations.
1 You MUST be present on all exams.
2 You must be on time for all your examinations.
3 You must provide what you need e.g. dark blue ball point pens, pencils, rulers etc. Correction fluid/tape
and highlighter pens are not accepted. Calculators can be used unless you are told not to do so.
4 You must not be involved in any unfair or dishonest practice before, during or after the examination.
5 You must not:
• sit an examination in the name of another candidate;
• have in your possession any unauthorized material/equipment (phones, laptops, watches etc).
6 Possession of unauthorized material is breaking the rules, even if you do not decide to use it. If found
in possession of unauthorized material you will be penalized or disqualified.
7 You must not communicate with or disturb other candidates once you enter the examination room.
8 You must follow the instructions of the invigilator. If you are in any doubt, raise up your hand as a
signal to the invigilator and ask with a low voice to avoid disturbances.
9 Before each exam fill in your details on the question paper in CAPITAL LETTERS as shown below:
10 You must, when leaving the examination room, leave behind the question paper.
