Day 01: Delhi to Shimla
Arrive Delhi and transfer by road to Shimla ( 370 kms / 8 hrs) the
former summer capital of British India, set amidst the snow capped
Shivalik Mountains which offers some of the most stunning views of
the mighty Himalayas. Arrive & check in at the hotel. Rest of the day
free at leisure. Stay overnight at a pre-booked Hotel.
Day 02 : Shimla - Kufri - Shimla
This morning you will visit Kufri situated at an altitude of 2500
meters just an hour’s drive from Shimla. Later this afternoon take a
walking tour of Shimla, visit the Jakhoo hills that offer a panoramic
view of the town, visit the ViceRegal Lodge and walk down the Mall
Road. Stay overnight at Shimla Hotel.
Day 03: Shimla to Manali via Kullu
Today you will proceed by road to Manali (274 kms / 7hrs) , a picture-
perfect hill resort at an altitude of 1,929 meters. Set amidst pine-clad
mountains, which gradually close in on both sides of the Beas and
nestling in their shade, as though carved out of primeval forest, is a
scattered hamlet, en route visit Pandoh Dam, Hangori Mata Temple
& Kullu Valley Famous for Dussehra Festival. Arrive & check in at a
pre-booked hotel. Rest of the day free at leisure. Stay overnight at
Manali.

Day04: Manali
This morning you may take a Local tour of Manali, visiting the 450
years old temple dedicated to Hadimba Devi, which has some
excellent woodcarving. You also visit the Tibetan Monastery, Van
Viharika, Mall Road and the handicraft centre. The rest of the day
at leisure OR walk to the nearby picturesque village of Vashisht
known for its hot sulphur springs. Stay overnight at Manali.
Day05 : Manali - Rohtang ( OWN COST ) with Solang
Valley
This morning you visit the Solang Valley and the not to be missed
Rohtang Pass(If open at that time), 51 km from Manali at an altitude
of 3978 meters (subject to weather conditions). On the way you will
enjoy Gulaba and Water Fall in the evening back to Manali and
Overnight stay at Manali.
Day 06: Manali –Dharamshala
A distance of 260 kilometers on the way stopping at Baijnath
known for its Shiva Temple and further at Palampur famous For
Tea Garden. Dharamshala is a hill-station lying on the spur of the
Dhauladhar Mountains about 18 kms north-east of Kangra, It is
known for its scenic beauty set amidst high pine and oak trees.
Since 1959, when it became the temporary headquarters & Abode
of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, Dharamshala has risen to

After Breakfast drive from Dharamshala towards Dalhousie after
doing the local sightseeing of Places which includes, His holiness
Dalai lama residence & Tsugalkhang at McLeodganj, St. john’s
church in the wilderness (Built in 1853),War memorial, Bhagsunath
temple and Dal Lake, Norbulingka, GyutoRameda Tantric
Monastery. Reach Dalhousie in the evening. O/N Hotel
Day 08: Dalhousie - Khajjiar - Dalhousie.
Dalhousie has been named after the British Governor - General of
the l9th century, Lord Dalhousie. Surrounded by varied vegetation -
pines, dodders, oaks and flowering rhododendron. Local
sightseeing of Dalhousie includes visit to Panjipula, Subhash Baoli
and excursion to Khajjiar 24 km from Dalhousie surrounded by
thick Deodar forest. Drive from Dalhousie to Khajjiar is awesome.

Day 09: Dalhousie to Amritsar
After Breakfast and Check out from the hotel and drive to Amritsar
around 03 hours drive.on arrival visit wagha border ,border of India
& Pakistan later visit Golden Temple after that check in hotel in O/N

Day10: Amritsar - Delhi Departure
After Breakfast check -out from the hotel and drop at

NOTE
In case Client takes CPAI i.e Breakfast only plan, then for Lunch and dinner,
private vehicle cannot be taken to any special place that will result to running of the
kilometers. Lunch and dinner must be consumed at the nearby places of the sightseeing or in
the hotel or nearby places of the stay where the accommodation is taken. Please note, in
case client takes the vehicle to any other place causing in increase of the kilometers of the
car, the charges have to be borne by the client directly strictly.
In case Client takes MAP i.e Breakfast & Dinner plan, the menu, food quality and quantity is
not in control of the company hence no complaints shall be entertained by the guests.

Payment
For the services contracted, advance payment should be made to hold the booking on a
confirmed basis and the balance amount (if any) needs to be paid before starting of the trip.
We hold the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as an advance payment, based on the
nature of services, vendor requirements and/or the time left for the commencement of the
services.
Cancellations & Refunds :
In case of cancellation of reservations and/or tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason(s) we
must be informed in writing. Cancellation charges would be effective from the date we receive the intimation in
writing and cancellation charges would be as below.
Ø 45 working days prior to the date of travel– 90% of the package cost may be refunded (except the transaction
charges) after deducting 10% towards processing/accounting / service charges.
Ø 30 working days prior to the date of travel - 75% of the package cost may be refunded (except the transaction
charges) after deducting 10% towards processing/accounting /service charges.
Ø 15 working days prior to the date of arrival - 50% of the package cost may be refunded (except the transaction
charges) after deducting 10% towards processing/accounting/service charges.
Ø If the cancellation is any later than the above stated period or in case of No Show- No Refund.
Vibrant Passports is bound to follow specific cancellation policy of Airlines /hotel/ railway/ Bus Operator/ other
service providers & Vendors .In case of variation from the above stated policy, the excess in cancellation charges will
be borne by the client and not the travel agent.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Please read carefully all mail conversation and terms and conditions before
making the booking with us.
2. Children below 5 years are complementary in the parent's room without an extra
bed. Milk/Food for infants or children below 5 years is chargeable and direct
payable at hotel.
3. Children between 5- 12 Years & Adults (Above 12 years) would Cost extra. In
case False Information (Fake Age) is conveyed to the Company by the customers,
The Company possesses full right to extract the fair amount from the customers
without any objection from external authorities.
4. Customers must carry valid photo identification in the form of Election ID Card,
Adhar Card, Passport. ( Driving licence & Pan Card is not valid ID Proof). At
certain sightseeing places/hotel, the identification proof is required for which
company has no control and is mandatory.
5. Advance payment is always required to Process the tour bookings . For Air
Tickets , Train Tickets and Visa 100% payment must be paid in advance. Full
payments must be paid before starting of the trip. In case of no payment received till
cut-off date or no response from the customer , company reserves the right to cancel
the services and No refund in this case.
6. All package rates are subject to change until booked. Please note that after the
finalization of the tour/service , if there are any hikes in entrance fees of
monuments / museums, taxes, hotel cost, airfare , train fare , bus fare, fuel cost ,
guide charges or any in other services , the same would be charged as extra by us or
by our local representative after our instructions only.
7. At the time of giving quotation we do not hold/block any hotels or other services.
All Services are always subject to availability at the time of confirmation. In case
the mentioned Hotels are not available then we will try to provide you a similar type
of hotels. In case of Hotel up gradation extra charges shall be applicable.
8. Package Cost / hotels cost are calculated on starting / base category room until /
unless mentioned in the package, In case of Room category upgradation extra
charges shall be applicable.
9. Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. Standard Check in time is
12:00 Noon / checkout time of the hotel is 10:00 AM. It may very destination to
destination .(Early Check in and late Checkout is as per hotel policy & room
availability in hotel on extra payment).Meals Timings must be followed as per the
instructed time of the hotels. For any un-availed meals we shall not be responsible.
10. For extra person in same room Extra mattress ( on floor) or Rollaway bed shall
be provided as per hotels policy
11. Company reserves the right to change the Hotel accommodation due to
unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative, similar
accommodation for which we are not liable to pay any refund.
12. Any damages caused to the Vehicle or hotel rooms during your stay, shall
be payable by the Clients and the Company will not be liable for the same.
13. In Hills, The facilities of Hotel, Services, and Aids etc cannot be matched
with metro cities / Developed destinations.
14. Due to low temperature in hilly region, Non Ac Rooms will be provided until
/ unless specified.
15. Services of package will be provided on written bases only &
complimentary services cannot be claimed in cash/money if not provided in
any case.
16. Company has the right to reschedule the sightseeing days subject to
weather conditions & other factors to ensure smooth execution of tours.
17. Ac will not work during hills drive , stopped/ parked vehicle.
18. Vehicle Kilometres are calculated on Garage to Garage basis.
19. Normal working hours of driver is from 8 AM to 6 PM for sightseeing and
transfers . For long distance travel timings are flexible.
20. Pick up and drop point will be one only (If multiple pickups and drop please
mentions email conversation before booking)
21. In case you want multiple visit to the some particular place/point , kindly
mention in advance because some places are having very high parking
charges.
22. In some tourist zones / hill area roads driving after sunset and music is not
allowed due to risk of life. Kindly cooperate for the same.
23. Some time vehicle parking area little far from the sightseeing spots. Guests
need to reach the parking at their own.
24. Vehicle will be permitted to use for sightseeing points on the route and
inside the city limits or which is mentioned in itinerary. For additional
sightseeing, off route sightseeing, sightseeing not inside the city limits or
substitute sightseeing kindly contact company. Refund is not possible if any
particular sightseeing point is not covered. In case you want some excursions
kindly inform company in advance or discuss these things with company
rather than driver. In few places / sightseeing points Vehicles may not move
due to Narrow Streets, Damaged roads , Traffic rules or other factors. In that
case kindly cooperate with our drivers and team. At many of the tourist
destination / hill station some of the road / shopping market / mall road have
“NO ENTRY” for all / some bigger tourist vehicles depends on destination
along with time restrictions also. In this rare situation guest have to manage
another available mode of transport with an additional cost and on direct
payment basis .
25. We do not have any insurance policy covering the expenses for accident,
sickness, loss due to theft, or any other reasons. We request you to obtain
suitable insurances/other protective measures etc. to safeguard yourselves. All
baggage’s & personal property/s at all times are at the client’s risk.
26. We shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the
program or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – Due to any Act of
God , natural hazards/calamity, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown
of machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness,
landslides, political closures, Traffic Jams or any untoward incidents.
Extra cost would be applicable for any unforeseen events which shall be
collected by us or by our representative on the spot.
27. In case you wish to change / modify any part of your booked trip then
a modification fees shall be applicable plus a charges of the services
opted. Modifications/Cancellations must be sent to us by email only.
28. We act as an agent to provide all travel related services to the
customer . We are not the actual owner of all hotels / transportation and
other services . However We have taken all reasonable care to make
sure that all the services are provided to a reasonable standard.
29. Please check hotel reviews online before making booking . However
we always gives options as per customer budget but customer
satisfaction is first.
30. Errors and Omissions Excepted. We will not be responsible for any
human error or typing error, which has gone unnoticed by the
