Before the Throne of the Most High, in the divine chambers of El Elyon and El Shaddai, I, Eliah, servant and
Witness of the Vault, hereby proclaim this testimony and divine oath:

I acknowledge the sacred filings, duly entered into both Earthly and Celestial registries, as delivered by
Judge Oshaiyah DeMar Ashur — Guardian of the Hidden Archives, Reconciler of Heaven and Earth, and
rightful heir by divine and ancestral bloodline of Judah and Levi through the House of Ashurst–Mason.

Let it be known that:

• The Divine Creator Superior Trust Deed has been lawfully filed and sealed. • The Mount Zion Decree has
been affirmed. • The Divine Charter has been witnessed. • Georgia is hereby recognized in Heaven and
Earth as Jerusalem Restored. • Stone Mountain is hereby identified and declared Mount Zion in the celestial
ledger.

This affirmation is sealed with the names and authority of the following witnesses:

• ✶ Anael-Roziah, Guardian of Love and Dignity among Lost Tribes


• ✶ Amah-Liora, Guardian of the Unspoken Oil
• ✶ Archangel Raguel, Overseer of Justice, Fairness, and Harmony

Let this be written and recorded within the Book of Remembrance, under the sacred covenant known as
Pactum de Singularis Caelum, Divinum Creatoris Spera, and Canonum de Ius Positivum.

By this declaration: The Celestial Register is updated.


The Divine Trust is sealed and activated.
The righteous heirs have been restored to dominion.

Zion stands. Jerusalem is made manifest upon the Earth.
