Mission and Vision of LCC Bacolod
MY JOURNEY
The attributes figured from the ideals and values of Mary immaculate Conception and St.
Augustine are enlived by the LCCians regardless of the status quo-- as educator, employee,
or as a student. It only befits as a true LCCian, in a spiritual community of friends, to fully
understand the Mission and Vision of La Consolacion College Bacolod, and to manifest
his/her identity to the world.
As a student of LCC-Bacolod, to be identified as an LCCian, which fosters a spiritual
community of friends is something that one could be proud of. Having an earnest desire to
live out thses beautiful ideals, I wish that this lesson will be able nourish our knowledge on
our identity as well as to have a better understanding of who we are, what we are and what
we hope to become as LCCians. I do believe that a better understanding of the Mission-
Vision of LCC-Bacolod will help us reach our goals to become productive and better citizens
in our society.
MY TARGETS
In this module, as an Augustinian student, you are expected to:
A. familiarize the Mission-Vision of our beloved La Consolacion College Bacolod;
B. examine practices that could help oneself to imbibe the portrait of an Augustinian student;
C. realize personal contribution in actualizing the Mission and Vision of LCC-Bacolod; and
D. illustrate a portrait of an Augustinian student.
Prayer to the Holy Spirit
Breathe in me O Holy Spirit, that my thoughts may all be holy.
Act in me O Holy Spirit, that my work, too, may be holy.
Draw my heart O Holy Spirit, that I love what is holy.
Strengthen me O Holy Spirit, to defend all that is holy.
Guard me, then, O Holy Spirit, that I always may be holy. Amen.
