Graphic Designer Job Description

programs. We are located in Savage, MN.

Role Definition
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for the creative design of logos, images and
learning guides for our customized leadership development, team development and
leadership coaching programs. They will also be responsible for creating imagery concepts
to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate learners and clients. The Graphic
Designer will act as the visual, creative lead when designing new programs, participant
workbooks, digital images and the full-suite of tools to support a corporate learning
environment.
Primary Role Responsibilities
● Create and design learning materials for print and digital collateral
● Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software
● Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and time restrictions
● Perform retouching and manipulation of images
● Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
● Establish creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelines

Must be proficient in a variety of styles, from creative to professional to technical to
education and more.
● Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with MS Office, Apple, Gmail and Monday.com.

TCTM Projects & on-going Tasks
● Create and design corporate leadership development participant materials
● Create marketing and company support materials that showcases the TCTM brand,
values, tone, style and how we work with clients
● Collaborate with our TCTM content creators, design new workbook pages that
visually guide participants in a learning journey of said content.
● Refine and maintain legacy TCTM tools
● Redesign existing content where applicable to add value, add new ideas or client
specifics

Education and Experience Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design,or equivalent experience
● Five to eight years of experience in graphic design
● Designing learning content, manuals or workbooks is a huge plus!
● Instructional Design, Workbook or Manual graphic design is a huge plus
Our business is highly team and business oriented. You must be willing and able to support
the other team members and see yourself as part of the TCTM Team.. Primary support will
be directly to the CEO, Sr Facilitator and Program Experience Manager.
The goal is always to provide the best client experience possible; this means that "get it
done" when necessary IS necessary!
Hours: 10-12 hours per week :::: Location:: Savage / Prior Lake, MN
Workplace: Remote office; must be located within 25 miles of Prior Lake
