The organization has a huge team of Trained Project supervisors & Engineers to handle projects of
various types & sizes. Apart from this the Senior personnel are totally involved in every aspect of
project execution right from design stage ensuring the best of quality jobs in the committed times.
Specialist AutoCAD designers to Site engineers to Sr Supervisors have all got perfect training in
handling large HVAC projects. The Planning & Design department has 15 personnel engaged in
detailed HVAC design & drawing generation.
The organization lays tremendous stress on post-sales service and have different groups of service
engineers / technicians trained for Residential products, Ducted AC, VRF and Chilled based central
Plants. MH has a separate division with operators posted at the various sites handling Site
Operations of HVAC plants (24 X 7 or as need be) and a team of trained technicians to take care of
any kind of break down / routine maintenance.

Technical Comments/Remarks
1. BOQ Item No-12. We have Considered PRESSURIZED EXPANSION TANK -PN-16 Rating.
2. BOQ Item No-2. We have Considered Primary & Secondary Chilled Water Pumps End Suction type
Pump with IE-3 Motor MOC - Impeller - SS 304 Shaft - SS 416
3. BOQ Item No-4. We have Considered following in the cost of AHUS -PICV Valve ,Thermostat,
Spring/rubber pad ,Canvass, Cabling and RH Sensor
have mentioned all technical comments in the Priced BOQ submittal sheet itself.
ANNEXURE – IV
Exclusions
The contract value indicated above includes only the items of work specifically mentioned.
All other ancillary works explained in brief hereunder will have to be arranged for by you.
1. Power and earthing terminated up to Chillers, Pumps, Towers, Starter Panels etc.
2. Any kind of civil work, like foundation for Pumps, Towers, Chillers, AHU, Fans, cutting
of walls / ceiling and making good of the same, Core Cutting, Chase cutting, Plastering.
3. All false ceiling, enclosures or plenums around ducts, insulation work of any kind
(other than that specifically included under Schedule of ancillary work & price),
wooden framework for fixing the grilles and diffusers.
4. Protected, lockable long term storage space at site.
5. Scaffolding, if and where required – Internal & External.
6. Special arrangements for Pipe / Duct civil supports, if required.
7. Free Power and water for construction & erection of the system.
8. Voltage stabilizers, if required to obtain voltages as under:
(I) 230 V +/- 10%, single phase, 50 Hz.
(II) (ii) 415 V +/- 10%, three phase, 50 Hz.
9. All Local permissions, if required & applicable.
10. Any other item not mentioned in BOQ, will be charged extra as applicable
ANNEXURE – IV
General Terms & Conditions
1) TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Chillers
15% advance
85% against LC
AHUs / FCUs / Pumps / Towers / Fans
15% advance
75% against material readiness, prior to dispatch – Pro Rata
10% against delivery at site – Pro rata
BALANCE ALL ITEMS
15% advance along with confirmed order.
60% against delivery of material on pro-rata basis
15% against pro-rata erection
10% against commissioning
2) TAXES AND DUTIES:
The installation order shall attract additional Goods & Service tax as applicable.
PO for supply of
Chillers / Pumps / Towers: 18%
AHUs / FCUs / DX Units: 28%
Fans: 18%
Work order for balance Items: 18%
3). VALIDITY:
This offered is valid for 60 days.
If order is placed on us, then the price will be valid for 180 days post order placement and
thereafter subject to Metal and Inflation price index.
4) COMPLETION OF THE WORK:
The job completion period would be approximately 9-10 months from the date of confirmed
order or as per project requirement.
The execution of the works and the completion date are subject to delays, if any, on your part
in providing us with any materials and services not included in the contract or any default by
sub-contractors, or reasons beyond the control of ourselves including strike, lockout, fire,
accident at the work site or during transit of materials to site, war and warlike operations,
hostilities, civil commotion capture, seizure, detention, blockade, labor disturbances, go-slow
tactics, work to rule, lay-off or closure of factory or portion on account of political, labor or
other disturbances or any such similar causes whether of same nature or otherwise and the
consequences thereof and also any reason amounting to force majeure. In any event,
consequential damages for non-completion or delay in completion of works are excluded.
5). MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP GUARANTEE:
Subject to the terms of payments being punctually complied with and the equipment being
operated properly, the equipment covered by the contract work is guaranteed by us against
faulty materials and workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of installation
or for a period of fifteen months from the date of invoice of equipment, whichever ends
earlier, by repairing or at our option replacing free of charge, the faulty parts that may be
found during such periods.
THIS GUARANTEE:
a. Does not extend to consequential damage or losses.
b. Is null and void if repairs and modifications are carried out without our approval in
writing.
c. Does not cover normal wear and tear nor routine maintenance and operations of the
plant, cleaning of filters, etc.
d. Does not cover supply of consumable items like refrigerant, oil etc.
e. Does not cover deterioration or rusting due to atmospheric conditions.
6). STORAGE AND SAFE CUSTODY:
It will be your responsibility to arrange for storage and safe custody of stores brought to site
by us from time to time during the execution of contract works.
7). SPECIFICATIONS:
It is our endeavor to continuously improve product design and specifications of any material.
If any such alterations constitute improvement in accordance with the latest standards and
manufacturing methods governing product/material, the same will be implemented.
Therefore, we reserve the rights to change the specifications, illustration, dimensions,
weights or any other item governing the design of the product without notice.
8). RIGHT AND LIEU OF PROPERTY:
We shall retain the right on equipment, materials or parts, supplied by us under this quotation
until full value there-of as per our invoice have been fully paid to us.
9). LIMITATION TO LIABILITY:
In no event shall we be liable for any consequential/liquidated damages and/or losses arising
out and connected with this work in any manner whatsoever.
10). FORCE MAJEURE:
We shall not be responsible for liability in any manner for failure or delay in performing our
obligations made in this quotation, when such failure or delay is directly or indirectly due to
an act of God or during restrictions, war, threat of war, war like conditions, hostilities,
sanction, mobilization, blockades, embargo, detention, revolution, riot, strike or other labor
dispute, accident, fire, flood or inability to obtain fuel, power, raw materials, labor, container
or transportation facilities or any other cause or circumstances beyond the reasonable control
of Meho-HCP Sir Systems Pvt. Ltd .
