The SmartRadar FlexLine establishes new levels of precision and flexibility in tank

inventory management and ensures the level of precision demanded for custody transfer accuracy, by

combining new software algorithms with Enraf planar antenna technology. The Enhanced Performance Signal

processing makes it possible to provide accurate level reading for

challenging applications, even when a free space antenna is

installed close to the tank shell. Enraf provides a wide range of

antennas for stilling well and free space applications. The

SmartRadar FlexLine is approved by the TÜV to be used in SIL 2/3

(Safety Integrity Level) rated loops. The SmartRadar FlexLine

alarm contacts are used in a 2oo4d configuration for maximum

safety and availability.

The 762 VITO Interface is a robust and reliable device representing the leading edge in

sensor technology, fully complying with all major industrial standards. The temperature gauging system fully

complies with all major standards for tank applications, such as API, ISO, OIML,

NMI, PTB, etc. The VITO MTT is suitable for customs transfer purposes in

conformity with national weights and measures regulations.

The VITO LT is a member of the VITO family product line for temperature and

water bottom measurement. The VITO LT is used for less demanding requirements

in comparison with the W&M approved VITO series. Like any member of the VITO

family, the VITO LT is a robust and reliable device representing the leading edge in

flexibility in tank inventory measurement. HART SmartView is the ideal companion for the SmartRadar

FlexLine, offering clear data viewing, high level diagnostic information, local configuration, either at ground

level, on the radar itself, or both. Navigation is simple and intuitive, making the configuration a breeze. The

display can be an internal part of the SmartRadar FlexLine and is available in two standalone versions either

as a tank side indicator or as a portable tool. The HART SmartView is intrinsically safe and suitable for use in

hazardous environments.

The Enraf Tank Farm Gateway (CIU 888) is the latest generation field interface,

the inventory system in the control room. The Enraf® Tank Farm Gateway combines two major tasks:

The VEGATOR 121 is a controller for level detection with relay output for the vibrating level switches
VEGASWING, VEGAVIB and VEGAWAVE with electronics version "Two-wire 8/16 mA“. With this
instrument simple control tasks can be solved. Typical applications are monitoring functions such as
overflow or dry run protection. Optionally a false signal output is available.

7. FINETEK SPX100 THERMAL DISPERSION FLOW SWITCH

Thermal dispersion flow switches measure the velocity of a liquid inside a pipe or

channel. The switch’s probe contains two key components – a heating sensor and temperature sensor.

The heating sensor is positioned closest

to the flowing liquid and provides a

consistent heat. The temperature sensor

measures the temperature emitted from

the heating sensor.

When liquid is flowing, there is a

temperature difference between the

two sensors. The temperature difference has a proportional to the flow velocity (fast flowing liquids will

result in greater heat differences and vice versa). Since the device contains no moving parts, has no wear

and tear and maintains a long lifespan.
