"How to Wash Your Hands"
1. Wet your hands with clean water

2. Apply soap

3. Rub hands together and scrub well

4. Rinse hands with water

5. Dry your hands with a clean towel

Step-by-Step Recipe: Chicken Adobo


✅ Ingredients:
 ½ kilo chicken (cut into pieces)
 ½ cup soy sauce
 ¼ cup vinegar
 1 cup water
 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
 1 small onion (sliced)
 2 tablespoons cooking oil
 1 teaspoon sugar (optional)
 1 piece bay leaf (optional)
 Pepper to taste

🍳 Steps in Cooking:
1. Prepare the ingredients.
Wash the chicken and cut it into serving pieces. Crush the garlic and slice the
onion.
2. Marinate the chicken.
In a bowl, mix the chicken with soy sauce, garlic, and pepper. Let it sit for 30
minutes to 1 hour.
3. Saute the garlic and onion.
In a pot or pan, heat oil. Saute garlic and onion until soft and fragrant.
4. Add the marinated chicken.
Put the chicken pieces (including the soy sauce mix) into the pan. Cook until
the chicken turns light brown.
5. Add vinegar and water.
Pour in the vinegar and let it boil without stirring for a few minutes. Then,
add water.
6. Add bay leaf and sugar (optional).
Add a bay leaf and sugar for extra flavor, if desired.
7. Simmer the adobo.
Cover the pot and simmer for 30–40 minutes or until the chicken is tender
and the sauce becomes thick.
8. Taste and adjust.
Add more soy sauce or pepper if needed. Stir well.
9. Serve and enjoy!
Serve hot with steamed rice. Masarap!
