For good and valuable consideration stated herein the sufficiency of which hereby acknowledged the parties agreed as follows:

1.AGREEMENT TO LEASE : landlord agrees to lease to tenant and tenant agrees to lease from landlord according to the terms and conditions

2. The site may be used and occupied for business purposes

3 TERM

This agreement will be for a term beginning on 1ST JULY 2025 and ending on 1ST JULY 2021 the parties hereto may elect to extend this agreement
upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon in writing and signed by both parties at the time of any such extension.

RENT:

Tennant will pay landrod a deposit of 10,000/= ksh on 20TH JULY 2025.the tennant will be required to pay rent of 10,000 ksh evry month
effective on 1st JULY 2025
