Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support
our HR department in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee
engagement, attendance & leave management, and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

●​ Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling


interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
●​ Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires.
●​ Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and files.
●​ Handle attendance, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
●​ Assist in drafting HR policies, letters, and documentation.
●​ Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.
●​ Address basic employee queries and escalate issues when necessary.
●​ Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
●​ Prepare HR-related reports and assist with audits when required.

Key Requirements:

●​ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.


●​ 1–2 years of experience in HR operations or generalist profile.
●​ Good knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
●​ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools (preferred).
●​ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
●​ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
●​ Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
