Subject: Invitation to Participate in Brigada Eskwela 2025-Request for Assistance in Cleanliness, Manpower, and
Provision of Tools

Warm Greetings!

In support of the Department of Education’s annual Brigada Eskwela 2025, our school, Old Cabalan Integrated
School, will conduct school clean-up and maintenance activities from June 9-11 & 13, 2025, in preparation for the
upcoming school year. The theme for this year is “Brigada Eskwela: Sama-sama Para sa Bayang Bumabasa.”

We are respectfully seeking your support and participation in this school-wide initiative. In particular, we are
requesting:

1. Manpower Support
We kindly request the deployment of at least 5-10 police personnel to assist in the general cleaning of our
school surroundings. Should more personnel be available, we would sincerely welcome the additional help.

2. Provision or Lending of Cleaning Tools and Equipment


To support or clean-up operations, we are requesting the provision or lending of the following items:
Rakes
Trash bags or sacks
Protective gloves and face masks
Pruning Shears
Grass Cutters or bolos (machetes)
Chainsaws or axes (for tree trimming, to be operated by trained personnel)
Ladders (for trimming high branches or cleaning elevated areas)

Your participation in this activity will go a long way in creating a clean, safe, and inspiring learning environment for
our students, and will further strengthen the partnership between the school and the Philippine National Police.
