All materials in this homebrew are designed to be as close to v5 designs and pre-existing material as possible while
incorporating older v20 concepts and powers to make a fully complete remade Vicissitude Discipline for the Tzimisce Clan
as a replacement for the Amalgam powers added within Protean.
The Powers listed are intended to be balanced but it is the responsibility of each Storyteller and Player to adapt them to
