small scale works for sanitation, cleanliness, siltation and removal of trees and shrubs.

Disaster earthworks mainly include small to medium scale lake desilting and land leveling

related to the settlement of disaster victims.

In the course of development of a land, if soil, gravel, stone or any other minor
