I. SCOPE OF WORK AND CONDITIONS:
▪ For Supply of Modules in the serial no. 2 is against delivery is applicable and lead
time is 2 weeks.
▪ Supply of VFD’s not our scope. Fixing and rewiring of the VFD’s as per drawing
provided by the PSS will be done.
▪ Field Instruments calibration and connection is not included in the scope of work.
▪ Only PLC and HMI programming is included for pricing in the mentioned quote.
▪ Licensed software is supplied.
▪ 5 years services provided on chargeable basis, whenever it is required considering
advance communication at least 2 days before.
II. TERMS & CONDITIONS:
