Revision history
The following table presents a revision history of this document.
Product description
The NetWorker environment provides the ability to protect an enterprise against data loss. As the enterprise grows, so does
the complexity and importance of protecting data. The NetWorker software provides the power and flexibility to meet these
challenges.
The NetWorker software is a cross-platform, client/server application that provides the ability to remotely manage all
NetWorker servers from a web-enabled, graphical interface.
Before installing this release, review the NetWorker Installation Guide, NetWorker Administration Guide, and other
documentation. The "Additional resources" section lists the complete documentation set.
NOTE: Any references to the Data Domain systems and the Data Domain devices in the document indicate PowerProtect
DD appliances.
