Dear sir/Madam,
REQUEST FOR DONATION OF OBSOLETE ELECTRICAL MACHINES FOR
EDUCATION PURPOSES
I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing on behalf of Konoin Technical Training Institute.,
where we are committed to providing hands-on learning experiences for our students,
particularly in the field of Electrical Engineering (power option).
We are currently seeking support in the form of unused or scrap electric motors (DC/AC) and
Small Transformers that may no longer be in use at your factory. These motors would greatly
enhance our technical and vocational education program by giving students the opportunity to
learn through practical work including disassembly, analysis, and basic repairs.
Your donation will not only help in improving our students’ understanding of electrical machines
and motor operations but also inspire interest in engineering and innovation
If you are willing to assist us, we can arrange for transportation and collection of motors at your
convenience.
Thank you for considering our request. We look forward to a positive response and hope to build
a lasting relationship between your esteemed organization and our college.
Thank you
Mr. Sigei Wesley
Principal/Secretary to the Board
