Job Summary:​
We are seeking a Business Analyst with 0–6 months of experience in data analysis, reporting, and process
optimization. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Python, Advanced Excel, and SQL, using these tools to
extract insights, create reports, and optimize business processes. You will play a key role in transforming raw data
into valuable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

●​ Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and interpret data using Python, Excel, and SQL to create actionable reports
and dashboards.
●​ Automation & Process Improvement: Develop Python scripts and Excel macros to automate tasks and
streamline business operations.
●​ SQL Data Management: Write complex SQL queries to manage and manipulate data from various sources,
ensuring high quality and accuracy.
●​ Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with business teams to understand their requirements and provide
data-driven solutions.
●​ Data Visualization: Create and maintain visual reports and dashboards for clear and effective data
interpretation.
●​ Trend Analysis: Use statistical methods and Python libraries to identify trends and predict future business
scenarios.
●​ Data Quality Assurance: Validate and test data to maintain accuracy and reliability in reporting.
●​ Documentation: Document analytical processes, data sources, and modifications to data pipelines for reference.​

Required Skills and Qualifications:

●​ Experience: 0–6 months in a Business Analyst or data-focused role.


●​ Proficient in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) for data analysis and automation.
●​ Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced functions, charts, macros).
●​ Strong knowledge of SQL for complex queries and data management.
●​ Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for visualization is a plus.
●​ Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting.
●​ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.​

Work Schedule:

●​ 6 Days Working
●​ Work from Office (WFO)
