16 Qualifying Criteria 1. Financial criteria: The Average Annual Financial Turn over 487
during the last three (3) years ending on ending 31st March
2025 should be at least Rs. 405 Lakhs. While computing the
annual turnover, other income shall not be considered.
2. Technical criteria: Design, Engineering, Supply, Construction,
Erection, Testing and Commissioning on turnkey basis of
BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) Power Systems/ Solar
PV-BESS Hybrid Projects with EMS (Energy Management
System) of minimum capacity of 1 MWh or above at single
location, and with Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance
for at least (1) year period.
