Audioscript:
Speaker 1 (teen girl): School life is hard, especially when preparing for school
exams. So, when I feel stressed about exams, I take breaks and talk to my friends. It
helps me relax. I also make sure to get enough sleep and eat well.
Speaker 2 (adult woman): When I ask students to make a presentation, they find it
challenging. Parents can help teens prepare for presentations by listening to them
practise and helping them feel confident. They can also help research and organise
their ideas.
Speaker 3 (teen boy): I have a lot to do with after-school clubs and schoolwork,
but I balance everything by making a schedule. I do schoolwork first, then my
other activities. It keeps me organised.
Speaker 4 (teen girl): School isn’t always fun. There are exams, lessons and
homework. But, once in a while, something exciting comes along, like our school
trip next week! I'm so excited to explore and learn new things. I hope we get to see
lots of interesting places.
Speaker 5 (teen boy): Some teens do their schoolwork as soon as they get home,
but I always study after dinner. I find a quiet place to work, and I start with the
hardest tasks first. It helps me finish on time.
