Dear Mayor Pua,

Greetings to Gobyerno Addan Puso!

The League of Barangay Secretaries of San Mateo is planning to conduct a "Lakbay


Aral" (Educational Tour/Study Visit) to Casiguran, Aurora, from June 12-14, 2025. This
activity aims to enhance our knowledge and skills in local governance, best practices in
barangay administration, and community development through exposure to the successful
programs and projects of other local government units.

We believe that this Lakbay Aral will provide invaluable insights and learning opportunities for
our members, enabling us to better serve our respective barangays and contribute more
effectively to the overall progress of San Mateo.

In line with this, we humbly request your esteemed office for the provision of fuel for our
transportation to and from Casiguran, Aurora. We also seek your kind approval for the
said activity.

We are confident that with your support, this educational endeavor will be a success and will
greatly benefit the barangay secretaries and, consequently, the communities we serve.
