The Products and Installation are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of

1 (one) year from the date of installation.

The warranty does not apply to any defects or other malfunctions cause to the goods by:

- Mis-use

- Mis-application

- Accident

- Alteration or Modification of the product

- Electrical Stress

- The installer is not the certified installer (appointed by SafetyLink PTY Ltd)

authorised installers of SafetyLink Products for PT Gama Tritunggat Pratama.

Please contact Safetylink if you wish to confirm that the authorisation for PT Gama

FOR PT Gama Tritunggal Pratama TO BE KNOWN AS THE AUTHORISED INSTALLER
oF SAFETYLTNK PRODUCTS (,,LETTER AGREEMENT")
SafetyLink is the manufacturer and supplier of height safety products ("Safetylink Products"), PT
Gama Tritunggal Pratama purchases Safetylink Products and wants to be able to inform it's
customers that PT Gama Tritunggal Pratama's trained employees are authorised to install
Safetylink Products. lt is intended that this Letter Agreement will authorise PT Gama Tritunggal
Pratama to be known as an authorised installer of Safetylink Products.

1 Scope of Appointment as Authorised lnstaller of Safetylink Products

1.1 The PT Gama Tritunggal Pratama is the non-exclusive authorised installer of Safetylink
Products. PT Gama Tritunggal Pratama and its employees have undertaken training in the
safe and proper installation methods of SafetyLink Products by training provided by
Safetylink or by a course that is acceptable to Safetylink.
1.2 PT Gama Tritunggal Pratama and its employees are authorised to instalt Safetylink
Products on building sites provided:
(a) that the Safetylink Products are only installed by PT Gama TritunggalPratama
ernployees that have been trained to install SafetyLink Products.

2 Warranties
2 1 PT Gama Tritunggal Pratama warrants that:
(a) it will not alter or modify any of the Safetylink Products or any part of the
Safetylink Products;
(b) it will only store, use or install the Safetylink Products in accordance with the
specifications; and
(c) Safetylink Products will only be installed by trained PT Gama Tritunggal Pratama
employees.

2.2 Safetylink warrants that at the time of delivery onto the truck at Safetylink's
warehouse/office that products manufactured by Safetylink witl be free from defects in
materials and workmanship. Safetylink agrees to make good any sueh defects by
repairing the same or at Safetylink's option by replacement, for a period of 1 year from the
date of shipment or 3 months from the date of installatlon (whichever is earlier). This
limited warranty only applies if:
(a) defects have arisen solely from faulty materials or workmanship;
(b) the products have not received maltreatment, misuse, inattention or interference;
(c) the products have been stored in accordance with SafetyLink's instructions;
(d) accessories used with the products are manufactured or approved by Safetylink;
and
(e) the defective products are promptly returned to Safetyl-ink.

2.3 lf the products are not manufactured by Safetylink, the guarantee of the manufacturer
shall be accepted by PT Gama Tritunggal Pratama as the only express warranty given in
respect of the products.
2.4 Except as set out in paragraph 2 of this Letter Agreement, Safetylink excludes to the
extent permitted by law, all express or implied warranties, guarantees and conditions
under statute or general law. Where such express or implied terms cannot be exctuded,
Safetylinks liability for breach of any express or implied terms is limited, at SafetylinKs
option, to either:
(a) the re-supply of the product to PT Gama Tritunggal Pratama; or
(b) the repair of the product; or
(c) the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; or
(d) the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired.

3 lndemnity and Release

3.1 The PT Gama Tritunggal Pratama indemnifies and releases SafetyLink to the maximum
extent permitted by law, from and against all claims, losses or suits whatsoever arising
from or relating to:
(a) the failure by PT Gama Tritunggal Pratama to observe, fulfil and comply with the
requirements of this Letter Agreement or the standard terms and condilions of sale;
(b) a negligent act or default on the part of PT Gama Tritunggal Pratama, or PT Gama
Tritunggal Pratama employee, agent or other authorised persons;
(c) a failure by the PT Gama Tritunggal Pratama to comply with any laws or industry
standards in relation to the installation of Safetylink Products.

4 Relationship
4 1 The parties acknowledge and agree that
(a) nothing in this Letter Agreement constitutes between SafeflLink and PT Gama
Tritunggal Pratama the relationship of partners or joint venturers; and
(b) this is a non-exclusive agreement and Safetylink may authorise any third party to
be an authorised inStaller of SafetyLink Products.

5 Termination
5 1 Safetylink can terminate the right of PT Gama Tritunggal Pratama to be an authorised
installer of SafetyLink Products if PT Gama Tritunggal Pratama breaches the terms and
conditions of this Letter Agreement or the standard terms and conditions of sale, and fails
to remedy the breach within 30 days of receiving written notice from Safetylink to remedy
the breach.
5.2 Upon termination of this Letter Agreement for breach or any reason whatsoever, PT Gama
Tritunggal Pratama must immediately:
(a) return the letter that authorises PT Gama Tritunggal Pratama as an installer of
Safetylink Products; and
(b) cease holding out to third parties that it is an authorised instatler of Safetylink
Products.

6 Miscellaneous
6 1 PT Gama Tritunggal Pratama may not assign its rights or obligations under this Letter
Agreement without the prior consent of Safetylink.
6.2 This letter constitutes the entire agreement of the parties about the subject matter and any
previous agreements, understandings and negotiations on that subject matter cease to
have any effect.
6.3 Each release and indemnity in this Letter Agreement is a continuing obligation, separate
and independent from other obligations of each party and survives terminations of this
Letter Agreement.
6.4 This Letter Agreement is governed by, and is to be construed in accordance with, the law
of New South Wales and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts
of New South Wales and any court hearing appeats from those courts.

The Frogline Steel Mounted System is a horizontal lifeline installed into steel construction. The system is
equipped with Safetylink's engineered energy absorbing intermediate and end anchors to minimise loads
on both the user and structure in the event of a fall. The continuous connection via the Overhead Shuttle
System on the 8mm stainless steel cable provides protection for up to four (4) users per system, two (2)
users per span.

The intermediate anchor limits the lifeline span distances, the end anchor attachment points are designed
for the cable to start and terminate at and the corner unit is designed for the cable to run through the
corner anchor re-directing it by up to 90 degrees.

Make sure that the cahle matches the terminal.

1 Slide the jaw housing in place on the cable.

2 Slide the jaws onto the cable, ensuring there is equal space between the jaws,
3 Place the brass pressure ring on the end of the cable. Make sure that the distance from
the pressure ring to the end of the cable is 5-8mm.
4 Slide the jaw housing over the jaws.
5 The terminal can now be assembled. Screw the head on thejaw housing with a torque
wrench - min. 58 Nm {43Lbf ft}, Tighten the lock nut with min. 50 Nm (36 Lbf ft}.

Note: after the first dynamic load the terminal MUST be tightened again. When assembling
Swageless Terrninals the breaking strength of the cable will be reduced bV O-I5%.

The user is responsible for choosing the proper cable, and for correct assembly.

Static Line/Anchor System
Performance and 10 Year Conosion Resistance Guarantee

Safetylink guarantees for a period of 10 years from the date of purchase:

. that the stainless steel components comprised in the Safetylink Static Line/Anchor System ("the system") will
perform in accordance with the descriptions contained within Safetylink's technical manuals as published at the
time of the installation of the system, provided the system is installed, maintained and used in accordance with
those manuals;
r the stainless steel components comprised in the system will not be subject to corrosion, provided the system is
installed, maintained and used in accordance with those manuals.

and provided that

1. evidence of the purchase date of the system are sent to Safetylink;
2. the system is owned by the person claiming under this guarantee;
3. the system has not been altered, tampered with, misused or handled carelessly - general wear and tear is excluded
from this guarantee
4. repairs to the system have not been attempted other than by Safetylink service staff or a contractor approved by
Safetylink ("Approved Contractor");
5. the system was installed and commissioned by Safetylink or a Safetylink Approved Contractor;
6. all components used in the system are those manufactured and supplied by Safetylink;
7. the system has been correctly used in accordance with its user instruction manual;
8. the system has been and is inspected annually by Safetylink service staff or "Approved Contractor" and any work
notified by the Approved Contractor to the user as required to make good the system (other than work falling under
this guarantee) has been carried out within 1 month of such notification;
9. notification has been given to Safetylink where it is proposed that the system be used in an aggressive environment
such as (without limitation) a chemical plant, coastal proximity or inside a swimming pool and Safetylink has
confirmed in writing the extent if any to which thls guarantee will apply in such circumstances; and
'10. you notify any claim under this guarantee to Safetylink in writing to the address below no later than 14 days afler
the event or occurrence concerning the system giving rise to the claim and you pay all costs related to your claim.

Failure to comply with any of these conditions will mean that this guarantee does not apply.

During the period of the guarantee Safetylink may in its discretion repair or replace pa(s free of charge or refund the
purchase price for the system.

This guarantee may cover all of the stainless steel comprised in the system or only such specified stainless steel
components as notified by Safetylink on its original purchase. Safetylink shall not be obliged to replace the entire system
subject to a claim under this guarantee but only the defective part or parts, Safetylink shall be entitled to exercise its
discretion based on its professional expertise as to whether to replace or repair any part of the system.

lf you make a claim under this guarantee, Safetylink or its Approved Contractor will inspect the system as soon as
reasonably practicable and advise you whether the matter in question falls within the guarantee and if so what it proposes by
way of repair or replacement.

Safetylink shall bear the costs of parts incurred in any proposed replacement or repair only and will arrange at SafetyLink's
cost for the labour to make any replacement or repair approved by Safetylink, or, at Safetylink's discretion, will pay you the
reasonable labour costs incurred by you in making any replacement or repair approved by Safetylink.

ln the event that there is any dispute as to whether a claim is covered by this guarantee, the dispute will be referred to an
independent expert acceptable to both parties, or failing agreement:

o in the case of a corrosion related claim by an independent expert chosen by the National Physical Laboratory;
. in the case of a performance related claim by an independent expert chosen by the Englneering Employers
Federation;

in each case on the application of either party. The independent expert shall act as an expert and not an arbitrator and his
decision shall be final and binding. The costs of the independent expert shall be borne by the party against whom the
independent expert decides.

This guarantee does not apply to any components in the system not made of stainless steel, does not confer any rights other
than those expressly set out above and does not cover any claims for consequential loss or damage. This guarantee is
offered as an extra benefit and are in addition to you other rights and remedies as a consumer under Australian Consumer
Law. ln particular, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are
entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or
damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the
failure does not amount to a major failure.
