Title: Gate Checking SOP

Department: Administration
Effective Date: 23 May 2025

1. OBJECTIVE:
To implement a standardized gate entry inspection system that ensures a secure, policy-
compliant & disciplined working environment by regulating entry, inspecting all personnel &
controlling the possession of prohibited items.

2. SCOPE:
This SOP is applicable to all male and female workers, Wood wards officers and visitors
entering the premises of Wood Wards factory.

3. GATE CLOSING TIME:


The main factory gate shall be closed strictly at 08:05 AM!
Additionally please note, No entry will be permitted after this time under any circumstances
without written authorization from the Head of Department – Deputy Admin Manager only.

4. ENTRY INSPECTION PROTOCOLS:

4.1 General Checks:

-All male and female workers shall undergo thorough security checks including Body Search
conducted by same-gender security staff.

-All Wood Wards officials are also subject to mandatory inspections upon arrival.

-Security personnel shall check all bags, pockets, and carry on items brought into the
facility.

4.2 Prohibited Items:

The following items are strictly prohibited from being brought into the premises:
Gutka, Pan, Chaalia, Cigarettes, or any other tobacco-related substances.
Sharp metal objects such as pocket knives pocket cutters or item deemed dangerous or
unauthorized.

For Workers: Immediate termination will be enforced with proper documentation.

For Wood Ward Officers: Strict disciplinary actions will be taken.

NOTE:
All employees are required to wear or prominently display their employee/company
identification card at all times while on the premises.
