Greetings!

I am writing to respectfully request to be excused from your class on Saturday, April 5,


2025. This is in accordance with Memorandum Order No. 486, Series of 2025, which
directs me to render overtime services to attend the Mistival Culmination Program.

As the coach of BPA's participants in the Bench Yelling competition, I am also tasked to
accompany and guide the students in preparing for their performances.

I sincerely apologize for not being able to attend the colloquium. I will coordinate with
my classmates to gather the relevant information and discussions I will miss.
