30-Hour Training Program on
Entrepreneurship and Branding for
Aspiring Youths of Tripura
Objective of the CSR Initiative:
This training program aims to empower the aspiring youth of Tripura—especially those from
underserved and semi-urban backgrounds with entrepreneurial skills, branding acumen, and
innovation mindset. Through this initiative, Techno India University seeks to foster local
economic development, stimulate startup culture, and build sustainable career pathways among
the youth population.
Program Duration and Structure:
Total Duration: 30 hours
Mode: Offline/Blended
Schedule: 5 days × 6 hours/day
Participants: 25–30 aspiring entrepreneurs aged 18–30 (preferably from rural and semi-urban
Tripura)
Outcome: Participants will develop a business idea, create a basic business plan, and design a
personal brand and pitch deck by the end of the program.

Sustainability and Impact Plan:
Follow-up Mentorship: Shortlisted ideas to be incubated under university or NGO guidance.
Online Alumni Group: Participants added to an exclusive network for opportunities and support.
Impact Assessment: Pre- and post-training assessments and 3-month impact report.
Budget and Support:
Estimated Budget: ₹1,00,000 (includes trainer honorarium, stationery, refreshments, training kits,
and certificates)
Support Required: Venue, expert mentors, training equipment, and digital tools access from the
university

empowerment. By equipping Tripura’s youth with entrepreneurial and branding skills, the
