SUB: -Loan Recall Notice-for Loan Account Number P67PPGP10966263

Under the instructions and on behalf of my client, Bajaj Finance Limited, a company incorporated and registered under the
Companies Act, 1956, having its corporate office at Bajaj Finserv Corporate Office, 4th Floor, Off Pune Ahmednagar Road,
Viman Nagar, Pune – 411014 (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”), serve upon you with this notice as under:

1. That my Client deals in providing various kinds of financial facility to its customers, on fulfillment of certain conditions, as
intimated & prescribed by it in the Company’s guidelines & criteria from time to time.

2. That you had approached my Client to avail a loan. Based on your representations on financial soundness, income
status, documents produced and promises made by you, my Client agreed to sanction and disburse the loan facility of
Rs.132045

3. The regular payment of the EMIs is/was the essence of the Loan Agreement.

4. However, to the utter surprise of my Client, a series of [ECS/PDC/Auto Debit mandates] issued by you towards payment
of legitimate monthly dues for repayment of the said Loan has been dishonored on various dates by your banker and the
EMI amount was not realized by my Client. Despite repeated requests and follow up, you had adopted callous attitude
and never made any efforts to make the payment and clear the dues.

5. My client sent notices clearly mentioning impact of CIBIL Score & other legal consequences, which you have
intentionally ignored and not cleared your outstanding amount.

6. Take notice that as You have failed/avoided to adhere to the terms & conditions of the Loan and repayment, as on date
your Loan account is showing Total outstanding amount of Rs.69328

In view of the above circumstances my Client is constrained to terminate the Loan Agreement and Recall the loan amount.
Hence, under the instructions of my Client, I hereby call upon you to pay a sum of Rs.106652.6 immediately, failing which, it
shall be construed as “dispute” and BFL shall be compelled and constrained to initiate Arbitration proceedings against you as
per terms and conditions of the Loan Agreement, holding you liable for all cost and consequences arising thereof which may
please be noted.

A copy of this notice is retained in my office for future reference.

As per our records, the mobile no. registered stands in the name of SABBIR AHMED and agreed to receive all
