Conditions
● Patients with chronic orthopedic conditions at Jinnah Hospital, Lahore, were facing varied recovery

outcomes, with those having longer disease duration and higher pain levels showing significantly lower
recovery chances.
● A machine learning algorithm was developed to classify treatment responses by analyzing key factors

such as disease duration, pain levels, muscle strength, and range of motion. Various models, including
Random Forest and Gradient Boosting, were evaluated for their predictive performance.
● The Random Forest and Gradient Boosting models achieved high predictive accuracy, with AUC scores

of 0.981. The analysis provided specific insights, indicating that early diagnosis and better muscle
