MEMORANDUM

SUBJECT: SCREENING TEST FOR THE POST OF LDC (BPS-11)

Reference his/her application for appointment against the subject post. He/she is advised to appear for the Screening Test
scheduled to be held on 29-JUNE-2025 AT 01:00 P.M in the STAFF WELFARE, CGS COLONY, QUETTA.

2. All candidates are required to observe the following instructions strictly: -

i. He/she must bring Clip board, Pen/Marker etc. for screening test on the scheduled date and time.

ii. He/she must bring his/her CNIC and Call Letter (in Original), otherwise he/she will not be allowed to
take up the exam/test.

iii. Mobile Phones and other Gadgets are strictly prohibited at the venue of the test, otherwise he/she will
not be allowed to enter the test venue.

iV The candidate must reach the test center/ venue 02 hours before the start of test/ paper as per
schedule.

V His/her candidature will be rejected at any stage of recruitment process, if found ineligible against
the advertised criteria/ qualification.

Vi Nobody will be permitted to take test after start of examination.

3. No TA / DA will be admissible for this purpose.
