Total duration : One/Two Months
Total Hours : 60 hours / 120 hours

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human
Resources department. The intern will support day-to-day HR activities,
recruitment processes, employee engagement programs, and HR operations.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into the
functioning of a corporate HR team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms (LinkedIn, job
portals, etc.)
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring
managers
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees/interns
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Help organize employee engagement and training activities
Assist in creating HR documents like offer letters, HR reports, etc.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
Learn and comply with labor laws and company HR policies.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or related field
Strong interest in HR functions and people management
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
