Internship OJT Program During College Hours To address these challenges,

we propose a structured internship program.


This will help students gain industry experience, build professional networks
and develop key job-ready skills. Internship in HR Internship Role (2 Months )
and gain experience in multiple fields making it easy for them to select the
best suite for them

HR Intern Weekly Task Plan ( 60 hours total)


Structure:
 Mode : Hybrid ( In-college + Work from home )
 Total duration : One/Two Months
 Total Hours : 60 hours / 120 hours

 Week 1: 4 hrs in college 2 hrs per day WFH ie 15 hrs


 Week 2: 4 hrs in college 2 hrs per day WFH ie 15 hrs
 Week 3: 4 hrs in college 2 hrs per day WFH ie 15 hrs
 Week 4: 4 hrs in college 2 hrs per day WFH ie 15 hrs

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human
Resources department. The intern will support day-to-day HR activities,
recruitment processes, employee engagement programs, and HR operations.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and insight into the
functioning of a corporate HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms (LinkedIn, job


portals, etc.)
 Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring
managers
 Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees/interns
 Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
 Help organize employee engagement and training activities
 Assist in creating HR documents like offer letters, HR reports, etc.
 Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed
 Learn and comply with labor laws and company HR policies.
Requirements:
 Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources,
Business Administration, or related field
 Strong interest in HR functions and people management
 Good communication and interpersonal skills
 Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
 Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
