Sub : Recovery of Arrear Demand - regarding

1) You are well aware that there is outstanding demand in your case of Rs 40094720/- for which statuary
notice and recovery notices have been issued from time to time. You were requested to pay the demand
immediately. It is seen from record and ITBA system that despite notice/letter you have neither paid demand nor
you have submitted any rectification application. It clearly means that there is no dispute in the demand and same
is collectible. Vide this letter, you are hereby reminded to pay the demand immediately within 15 days from receipt
of this letter.

2) In case any rectification petition has been filed with the department, please furnish a copy of the same and
relevant details in support of your claim immediately by the return of abovementioned email. In case, if the above
mentioned demand have already been paid, please provide proof of payment i.e. the relevant challan or copy of
e-receipt, so that, due credit for the same may be given. Further, if demand is disputed i.e. in appeal please
furnish Form No.35 and challan of 20% of the payment made against demand.

3) It would be appreciated if your reply is received within 15 days of receipt of this letter.
