1. Meeting called to order
Meeting was called to order by Mr.Srirama Krishna
2. Handover
All the documentation of term 2017-19 has been handovered by Chairman of the term Mr.Aditya Kambhatla to
the Chairman elect Mr. Srirama Krishna.
3 Address by the Chairman
3.1 Chairman greeted the entire MC for their presence, Congratulated the newly elected members to Managing
committee
3.2 Has initiated the process of Electing office bearers
• For the Post of Vice Chairman, Mr.KNV Uday has been Proposed by Mr.Sri Harsha and seconded by
Mr.Phaniraju
• For the Post of Hon.Treasurer, Mr.Phaniraju has been Proposed by Mr.Suresh and seconded by Mr.Sri
Harsha.
• For the Post of Hon.Secretary, Mr.Sri Harsha has been Proposed by Mr.Tulasi Ram and seconded by
Mr.Sobhanadri.

• For the Post of Chairman Elect Mr.Suresh Kumar has been Proposed by Mr.Sobhanadri and Seconded
by Mr.Uday.
3.3 The Chairman proposed the following portfolios for the Managing committee members
• Mr.Suresh Kumar – Yantra Coordination, weather report
• Mr.Sri Harsha K – Correspondence, Records, Constitution
• Mr.Phaniraju – Finance & Corporates
• Mr.Knv Uday Kumar – Sponsorships, protocol & Compliances.
• Mr.Sobhanadri - Events, Awards & NATCON
• Mr.Kasani Raju – Events, Showcase & others
• Mr.Tulasi Ram – Membership growth and Arrears.
3.4 The chairman Proposed the following members into Co-opt keeping in view the contributions made by them
during 2017-19
• Mr.Sivaram A
• Mr.Bandan Kumar
It has been approved by the managing committee.
3.5 The Chairman has proposed the following yantra Portfolios for the Co-opt members
• Mr.Sivaram A - Media, Press & Insite
• Mr.Bandan Kumar – Education & CEP
3.6 Further it has been proposed to hold the First Showcase in this term and requested all the committee
members to work towards the same
3.7 The chairman discussed the yantra portfolios and role of sub committees for all the activity in the coming
term
3.8 The Chairman emphasized the importance of improving the membership numbers and addressing arrears in
this term and requested the managing committee member overseeing the portfolio to work towards the same.

4. Conclusion
• The Handing over Documents of tenure 2017-19 were transferred to the incoming chairman by the
Immediate past chairman.
• The committee has decided to work on annual calendar and organise First showcase, and further
discussions shall take place in the next Managing committee meeting.
